5Build Toilets Close To The Entrance
It’s a good idea to build a toilet near the entrance of the house because you’ll experience the need to go to the toilet quite often, especially when you’re outside and there’s no public bathroom available.
Building a toilet close to the entrance will help you get to it quickly, specifically if you own a large house. Whenever your Zoi comes home running to relieve themselves, instead of traveling some extra distance and going through all the rooms to get to the point of interest, they can get right to business.
You can also build a bed near the entrance as well, so you can quickly reach it whenever you’re coming home late and are sleep-deprived.
4Utilize The Area Outside
You can place decorations and fences on the outside to enhance the aesthetic of your house. It doesn’t only make the house look a lot better, but it also provides your Zois a place to talk with each other if you’ve placed something where the Zois can sit.
Especially if you’re using room presets, sometimes the rooms don’t align together completely and there’s some space left in your available property. You can utilize that space by placing any piece of exterior decoration here to enhance your Zoi’s living experience.
3Don’t Purchase Anything Too Expensive
You should avoid spending too much money on building your house early on because you’ll need the money later on to purchase food and some other needs. Be mindful of your budget and your Zoi’s preferences to make sure you’re not overspending and will have enough money to last till youset up your career.

It is also common that you might end up with a room with no door at all. So, if you’re manually building a house where each room is connected to the other one and aren’t using a preset, make sure your doors are in the right places, otherwise, your Zoi won’t be able to get inside the room at all.
1Pause While Building
Right as you start the game, your Zoi’s needs will start to deplete and the longer you spend in the build mode, the more these needs are going to drop further. Fortunately, you may manually exit the build mode and pause the time.
Pausing the game will stop your Zoi’s needs from depleting while you build, and you may invest as many hours as you want in building your dream house for your Zois.
