Assassin’s Creed Shadowshas a vast world to explore with dozens of fascinating characters to meet and hundreds of interesting side quests to complete dotted across the 16th Century Japanese landscape. There are also many different collectibles to find as well, with one of them being the Jizo Statues.
Jizo Statues are found throughout AC Shadows' map, usually at crossroads and river crossings, as making offerings to them is meant to help travellers who have lost their way. There are 69 Jizo statues in all, so there’s a lot to find to complete the Mayu’s Offerings side quest. If you’re struggling to locate them all, you’ve come to the right place as this is the complete guide to finding all of AC Shadows' Jizo Statues.
Starting Mayu’s Offerings
Mayu can be foundin the settlement of Gose, which is locatedsouth of Asuke Rocks Basin in the Yamato Region. If you head south on the main road through Ando, you will find Mayu easily enough. She’s dressed in all white andfound in front of a Jizo Statue. Speak to her, and she’ll explain the story behind the Jizo Statues and promises you a reward for honouring them all by providing them with offerings.
You cannot begin this quest playing as Yasuke, this is only available to Naoe. However, you can honour shrines as either character.
You can track this quest by heading to the People of Yamato Objective Board in the pause menu. The first of the 69 Jizo Statues is located right in front of Mayu, so that’s an easy one to get started with.
Every Jizo Statue in Izumi Settsu
Starting off with Izumi Settsu,there are eight Jizo Statuesin this region in total. This is a good region to start, as this is also where you can first free-roam after completing the game’s Prologue.

Every Jizo Statue in Yamashiro
Next up is the region of Yamashiro, which is located to the north of Izumi Settsu. There area further six Jizo Statuesfor you to honour while traversing this part of the map.
At the crossroadsbetween Shoryuji Castle and Tofukuji Temple.
At the crossroadswest of the Katsura Fishing Village.
Found at the crossroads between Kuya Falls and Kinkakuji Temple, it is to the west of Kyoto.
This Jizo Statue is found at the crossroadsin the Genbu Highlands,which isnear an Ornament Vendor.
This is foundto the north of the Hills of Meetingat the crossroads in thenorth-east corner of the Yamashiroregion.
The last Jizo Statue in Yamashiro is to theeast of Uji Tawarain the Little Leaf Glade.
Every Jizo Statue In Omi
Heading to the Northeast corner AC Shadows is the region of Omi. Omi is one of the biggest regions in the game and has the mostJizo Statues of any region at 11in total.
To theeast of the Mouth of Setabefore you cross the Seta Bridge over to the east of the river.
Headnorthafter crossingthe Seta Bridgeand the Jizo Statue will be at the next crossroads you find.
Located at the crossroadsnorth-west of the Shimmering Fields,which’s on theeastern side of the river.
Found around halfway up the eastern coast of Lake Biwabetween the Sanada Estate and Isakiji Temple.
Located at acrossroads to the north-east of Nagahama, which is on the northern coast of Lake Biwa.

Every Jizo Statue In Iga
Iga is one of the smallest regions in AC Shadows and therefore only hasthree Jizo Statuesto find in total.
Found at thecrossroads between Kasuga Shrine and Mibuno Castle.It is located next to an Ornament Vendor.
Located directlysouth of the Hinotani Shrinein the Nabari Wilds.
Found to thewest of Aekuni Shrineand to the south-east of the Buddhas of Shimagahara.
Every Jizo Statue In Harima
Harima is located to the north-east of Izumi Settsu and hasa total of 7 Jizo Statuesto honour.
South of the Kyokaji Temple,which is in The Warfields sub-region.
Also located in The Warfields sub-region, this time located to thenorth of the Ruins of Sannomaruand to thesouth-east of Hiraiyama Fort.
Directlysouth of Kitano Villagewithin the Mount Kasagata sub-region.
North-east of the Kakogawa Estuaryon the road towards Himeji, which is to the east.
Locateddirectly north of the Old Port of Again the far south-west corner of the region.

Yamato is where you start this quest and is home tosix Jizo Statues in total.
At a crossroads in the Yoshino sub-region, which is in the south-west corner of the region.
South of Kawakami,just north of the river crossing.
Follow the road running along the river headingwest and then south of Miyataki.
Found at the crossroadsbetween Ando and Hachiman Shrine.
Located at thecrossroads north-east of Koriyamaand to thewest of Todaiji.

Wakasa is another large region, which is to the west of Omi. This region hasten Jizo Statues to honourin total.
North of the Onyu Pass Retreatin the Onyu Pass sub-region.

To thesouth-west of Koyasan Danjo Garan.
On the north side of the river in the Kinokawa Valley, which is to theeast of Fudo-do Temple.

The final region to discover Jizo Statues is Tamba, which hasseven to honour in total.
Found to theeast of Fukuchiyamaand north of the Tamba Highlands.
Located to thenorth of Fukuchiyamaand the river which runs through the city.
How To Romance Mayu
After honouring 11 of the 69 Jizo Shrines, you will receive a notification toreturn to Mayu, as she’s “expecting you”. When speaking with her, she’ll explain why she’s looking for the Jizo Shrines, and if you want to romance her later, you’ll need to choose specific dialogue options. This first time,choose the response “I know that feeling”, which is also shown with a heart icon to make it obvious what that choice can lead to.
If you’re wanting to romance a character you’re speaking with, when in doubt, go for the option with the heart icon in front of it.
When youreturn to Mayu again after honouring all of the Jizo Statues, speak to her and choose the dialogue options"I learned to follow my own intuition"and"Not before I kiss you.“This will then trigger a cutscene where Mayu and Naoe share a kiss before going their separate ways.
