With even more AC gamesleaking since then, you might be wondering when we can expect to see them all.

We’ll Reportedly Get The Black Flag Remake Before Assassin’s Creed Hexe

Shadows' Multiple Delays Have Resulted In Some Pushbacks

If you, like me, were hoping that Assassin’s Creed Hexe was next in line to be released, you might want to hold that thought. Over on Twitter, reliable gaming leaker and Insider Gaming owner Tom Henderson commented on a postsumming up everything we know about Hexe so far, most of which comes from Insider Gaming itself.

Henderson simply stated thatObsidian (the codename for the Black Flag remake)andInvictus (the multiplayer game)will launch on Infinity before Hexe does. When asked whether that means Hexe has a chance for next year or not, Henderson stated that the Shadows delay caused everything to be pushed back, and that he “wouldn’t be surprised” if Hexe is saved for 2027.

Everything has been pushed back because of the Shadows delay. I don’t know the exact dates, but wouldn’t be surprised if Hexe ends up in 2027 to be honest. Obsidian was meant to be this year but maybe it makes sense to release later. Nothing confirmed, just spitballing. - Tom Henderson

Henderson also noted that the Black Flag remake, which has been rumoured to be in the works for quite some time, was originally planned to launch this year, but that it might make sense to be saved for later. It’s not clear where the Assassin’s Creed multiplayer game, codename Invictus,or the co-op mode for Shadows fall, but it does seem like Hexe is currently last in line.
