Agar Agar Cookie usually chooses one skill out of the five mentioned aboveat random, casting the main effect from the skill andapplying any debuffs associated with the text.
When Agar Agar Cookie uses this skill, she appliesadditional Movement Speed and Attack Speed debuffsto the enemy and gives your entire teamimmunity to Shackles for ten seconds.
