InAtelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & The Envisioned Land, your survival depends on your crafting ability. From medicine and food to the weapon of mass destruction you wield in your hands (in addition to your martial prowess). If you’re the type of player who doesn’t like to invest time crafting and only doing the bare minimum, perhaps this list will convince you otherwise.
You’ll need all the help you can get as you unravel the secrets of the fall of the Aladiss Empire, and clear the name of Alchemy altogether—two tall tasks for an investigation team. So, here are the best weapons to aid you on your journey. Though these are our opinions, so do what works best for you.

9Blooming Love Sword
All of Lenja’s swords come with varying levels of a terrifying jaggedness that fits her in-your-face fighting style. Still, there’s something about the juxtaposition of the cute name Blooming Love Sword and the almost militaristic coldness to the aesthetic that stands out from the more animal-based designs of her other chain sword designs. Depending on your success and recipe level, you’ll possibly such as:
Within these ranks, Lenja also possibly gains several unique effects that assist her in combat: Sensory Deprivation reduces Lenja’s chances of being targets, making it easier to attack enemies from behind, increasing her damage there too. Splendid Leaf Veins reduces skill cooldowns that scale to your level, and Rod of Inheritance increases her crit damage.

8Kleinod
This spear can be crafted with fairly common ingredients but still packs a powerful punch if you synthesize it the right way.A fire-based spear, Kleinodgives the wielder quick attacks and a nice boost in their base speed, giving you an advantage when it’s time to dodge. There are also many other benefits:
What kind? Well, for starters, when you craft Kleinod, it comes with two effects: a nice crit rate increase and an HP regen boost based on your damage output. While it does get outclassed by other weapons later on, it can hold your character over for a long time.

7Splendid Alicorn
This spiral spear is more than aesthetically stunning. Though it does have that going for that as well, there’s a lot more to this sleek weapon than meets the eye. It comes together easily once you have bits from a lightning tree and Bismuthene with some indiscriminate animal material, and boom, you’ll have this interesting spear in your hands. Once you do, some of the base stats you’ll enjoy are:
You’ll notice that once you create this spear, you have three unique effects: Sturdy Horn, Pure Point, and Sacred Seal. The sturdy horn is a critical damage buff and works on its own. The other two, however, play well off each other. Spears are already more efficient at lowering the stun count than other weapons, so by adding Sacred Seal, which does triple damage to stunned enemies, and Pure Point, which increases the stun damage to counters, you are bound to be stunning and countering like a pro in no time.

6Arc Raffia
If you think we’ve been focusing too much on spears (valid, honestly), let’s take another look at a more high-end gunstaff. The Arc Raffia is a lightning affinity spear that, at full power, can add a serious boost to your magic capabilities. Elemental affinity is all well and good, but let’s get the base stat boots out the way before getting to the good stuff:
Every weapon has hidden potential, and Arc Raffia is no different. This gunstaff dares you to get closer with the effect of Demonic Essence, which increases your damage while at close range of your target. Your friends will also get an increase in crit rate benefits fromyouusing this gunstaff with Conflagration Magic, which scales with your level.

5Executor Of Gloom
Never give up an opportunity to heal yourself at the enemy’s expense. Cruel? Nah, that’s just being strategic. This deadly scythe is as demonic as it looks, and just as cold too, with its affiliation to ice embedded within its attack. As a weapon of death, it gains a damage boost when an enemy is closer to death with its Execution effect, making Rutger an effective reaper. Your life-stealing ingredients will include:
Retribution is the second effect you can create, and the first that returns some HP to you when you deal damage to enemies, and life steal, the third and final effect that can be unlocked, gives you HP when you defeat them. This completes Rutger’s journey into reaperhood, and gives you the ability tolive out your anime RPG villain-turned-hero dreams.

4Poleblade
The more angelic wing that deadly weapon of war, this sword is mastery in motion. An ice affinity weapon, it’s going to require you to gather some Dragon Fish, as well as craft some Meteorite Ore, which itself can be a pain to craft a high enough quality to be worth making, but trust us, you’ll want to invest the time making it for this weapon. There are some of the typical base stat boosts depending on your recipe level, of course:
The active battle effects truly stand out for this weapon and are true fight-enders in Lenja’s capable hands, while also benefiting the whole party. Slice of Certain Death gives her ranged Daggers a damage boost, while Heavenly Short Sword reduces item cooldowns significantly while scaling off her level.

3Apostle Of Orcus
Nina is already built to be based on speed. The higher her base speed stat, the higher her strength and damage output. So, why not create a weapon that unleashes her full potential and allows her to do just that? It’s worth the extra effort. What you’ll need to create these weapons is:
Why? Well, aside from giving her a base power boost, this gun and dagger duo gives you a base speed boost with the Swift Step effect, while Rapid Movement increases your damage output based on how high your speed is. Snipe will increase your damage while you’re on the outer range part of the field, but it doesn’t contribute to your speed build. It’s an invaluable weapon for Nina to get her hands on.

2Diabolical Scythe
Where the Executor of Gloom takes life from an enemy and heals, there isn’t anything healing about this weapon of death. No, the Diabolical Scythe is only after death; either the enemies’ or yours. How, when you are the wielder? The proof is in the effects:
This is only just the start of this scythe’s devastation. While the other passive levels are roughly the same in giving you boosts in slots or stats, this scythe has the ability called Monstrous Calamity, which increases damages dealt byeverybrand depending on your level multiplied by three. If you’re willing to gamble with your life, you’ll be unstoppable.

1Imperial Drive
Viktor needs the power to protect not only his little sister Isla, but the rest of the Alchemy Investigation Team, and a mediocre shield and pilebunker simply isn’t going to cut it. It comes with a strong base 35 attack and 20 defense, but that’s easily out-synthesized at this point in the game, making it a formidable, stalwart protector worthy of a knight like Viktor. To create this arbiter of knighthood, you’ll need to gather:
Let’s get into its effects. Imperial Purveyor boosts your maximum HP and increases your damage when using a skill. Your other two effects support Viktor’s piles in different ways: Soldier’s Victorious Shout restores his HP whenever he gains a pile, while Fiery Fighting Spirit increases in damage whenever a pile is consumed. It balances him out in both attack and defense in a way that makes him more versatile than before.
