Summary
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33is going to be one of those games where players are still making discoveries years down the line. I know for a fact, myself alone, missed dozens of things in the prologue, like this little nod to Shrek, and there are almost certainly loads more things throughout the game that Sandfall Interactive has hidden away.
But while I missed glaringly obvious things in the introduction, one player has discovered a rare piece of dialogue and received an item reward that almost certainly nobody else has found in the game’s opening minutes.

Spoilers for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33’s prologue ahead.
Player Constantly Interrupts Couples' Hanky Panky Moment To Receive A Reward In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
TheGommageis a harrowing time in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, with entire age groups Thanos-snapped year after year. Knowing they’re about to fade into the ether, different people are likely to spend their time in various ways.
In the game, many characters make their way down to the harbour to spend their final moments looking over the water. However, one character, referred to by the game as “Life Enjoyer”, can be heard behind a door getting down and dirty, opting to have a little fun before they fade away.

Not content to give them peace, one Reddit user, NoTHel,decided to interrupt them, spamming the interaction button and getting a hilarious piece of dialogue and a Colour of Lumina as a reward.
After interacting with the door a few times, Sophie (god rest her soul) says, “Not everyone attends the Living Wake or goes to the Harbour for the Gommage. Some prefer more… intimate goodbyes.”

While this line of dialogue would be enough for most people to move on, NoTHel continued to bother the couple. Eventually, after a minute of spam, a flustered female voice shouts back, “Come on, you’ve been listening for too long now! It made things more exciting at first, but now it’s awkward! I’ll give you this, and you leave okay? Just go do it together!”
It’s a really funny piece of dialogue, tucked deep away in the game that 99.9 percent of players are unlikely to ever stumble across, and it makes you wonder what else the team has hidden across its expansive world.Masterpiece.
