Summary
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33’s25-40 hour runtime simultaneously felt like theperfect length for an RPGand nowhere near enough. After completing the game, I was personally yearning for more time in Lumière and its various dangerous locales.
Now, one eagle-eyed player has found compelling evidence to suggest that the game could have, in fact, given us a longer runtime than it already is, or will be getting additional content to bolster its length in the future.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Music Track Could Hint Towards More Content
If you’ve read this far ahead, I’ll presume you know thatClair Obscur: Expedition 33 has two endings, depending on your choice in the game’s final, pivotal decision. If you side with Maelle, you’ll get the “bad” A Life to Paint ending in which the character opts to stay in the canvas with her new friends, saving their lives, and beginning the transformation into everything she sought to destroy.
If, instead, you opt to side with Verso, you’ll get the “good” A Life to Love ending, in which Maelle will allow this version of Verso to die, leaving the canvas to finally grieve with her family.

Both of these endings correspond to a music track in Clair Obscur’s OST. A Life to Paint is translated to Une vie à peindre, and A Life to Love is roughly translated to Une vie à t’aimer, both of which are songs on the game’s soundtrack.
Over on Reddit, one player,Zealousideal-Ad8340, has spotted that these two songs seemingly have a companion, a track named Une vie à rêver, meaning “A Life to Dream”. A third, “A Life to…” suggests the game could have either had a third ending, or that there will be an “A Life to Dream” ending in future DLC.

If you’re not convinced, thinking the names alonecouldbe a coincidence, each song onSpotifyis listed as being 11 minutes long. This heavily implies that all three were used, or will be used, for similar-length scenes.
Now, there is every chance this is a stretch, but everything just seems to line up a littletooperfectly.
