Last Epoch’s second Season introduces The Woven, a Faction whose members devote their lives to the Weaver, a mysterious being who is trying to weave a perfect world. By joining the Faction, you can aid them in their endeavour, granting access to a variety of new features and ways to get items and crafting materials.

The Woven is the fourth Faction in the game, but it works a little differently than the other two Item Factions that you may be familiar with. Below, we’ll take a look at everything you need to know about The Woven, including how to join, how to gain Ranks with them, and everything they offer.

How To Join The Woven

To join The Woven, you will first need to find and complete aCemetery of the Erased. These have a chance to appear in the Monolith of Fate, as you complete other Echoes. Once you find the Cemetery, complete it until the end andspeak to Masqueto join The Woven.

The Woven is anEndgame Faction, similar to the Forgotten Knights, and separate from the two Item Factions,the Merchant’s Guildandthe Circle of Fortune. While you can only join one Item Faction, there’sno restriction on joining Endgame Factionslike The Woven.

Features Of The Woven

Once you’ve unlocked The Woven, you’ll instantly gain access to a number of different features that expand on Last Epoch’s endgame. TheWeaver TreeandWoven Echoesare available immediately, and you’ll also be able to increase your Rank with The Woven to further expand both of these features.

How To Gain Ranks With The Woven

You will gain Rank with The Woven as youcollect and spend Memory Amber, a special type of currency that onlydrops from enemies that are ‘Touched by the Weaver’. Killing these enemies will drop Memory Amber, which appears asglowing blue/yellow orbs. Run over these to pick them up.

You can also gain a bit of Rank progress by spending that same Memory Amber on things likere-rolling Idol Enchants, or buying new Woven Echoes from Masque.

Each Rank you gain with The Woven will grant one Weaver Tree point, and expand the list of Woven Echoes you can purchase from Masque.

The Weaver Tree

The core feature of The Woven is The Weaver Tree, a type of skill tree that expands on Season 2 features likeTombs and Cemeteries of the ErasedandWoven Echoes, as well as core game features likeExiled MagesandMonolith of Fate Echoes. Certain Weaver Tree nodes willimprove your drop rates of specific items, crafting materials, and more.

Each node you activate in the Weaver Tree costs a point, and you’re able to get these points by ranking up The Woven, orcompleting certain Woven Echoes for the first time. Overall, there are50 pointsyou can obtain and slot into the Weaver Tree.

Woven Echoes

Woven Echoes are a type of item that you’re able to get while exploring Tombs and Cemeteries of the Erased, or bypurchasing them directly from Masque. These items are used toadd additional Echoes to the Monolith of Fatethat have special challenges or drops.

To add a Woven Echo to the timeline, you will first need tocomplete a Cemetery of the Erased. At the end of the dungeon, you can use theAlter to the Weaverdevice to open the Timeline map, which will now have severalempty slots where you can place Woven Echoes. This will add the Echo to the map, allowing you to explore it like a normal Echo in the Monolith.

As you explore the Timeline, more Woven Echo slots will become available.
