Summary
If there’s one thing that’s stood out in the near-year sinceDragon Ball: Sparking! Zeroreleased, it’s howcreative and committed the game’s community has been when it comes to mods. There have been mods for everything, ranging from the Daima version of Super Saiyan 4 within moments after it happened, as well as other neat additions, such as a Potara Fusion creation for Kid Trunks and Goten.
That said, one fan has taken things to the next level, with a massive mod pack that brings over 700 characters into the game, some of which you’ve likely never even heard of.

Super Saiyan 8 Is Apparently A Real Thing
As first spotted on Reddit, content creator LukXsu has compiled a massive mod that gives players access to a near infinite number of characters from throughout Dragon Ball’s history, including fan-created history.
For instance, there’s a Super Saiyan version of Raditz included, as is a Super Saiyan God version of the Dragon Ball Super iteration of Broly. There’s also a wealth of costumes and other custonization options, such as being able to have Kid Gohan be Super Saiyan in his iconic purple uniform.
That’s all pretty standard fare, but where things start getting real interesting is in the Dragon Ball AF section. For the uninitiated, AF is a fan-created myth series that has some rather bonkers forms — think Super Saiyan 6 or Cellbuzer, which apparently is the ultimate fusion between Freiza, Cell and Buu.
It’s worth noting that many of these are reskins and not entirely wholly new characters with new movesets. That’s why you’ll see some overlap in moves. Nonetheless, it’s a pretty neat pack that compiles some of the more noteworthy mods that have come around, plus some stuff that most fans, including myself, have never heard of.
