Even for the very first of the several alien planets you’ll explore inRevenge of the Savage Planet, the handful of distinct areas in Stellaris Prime have plenty of scannable items for you to find and log! While you’ll find plenty of scannable flora and fauna that cross over between areas, there’s a lot to look out for!
As your introduction to Scannables in Revenge of the Savage Planet, you’ll find dozens of items on Stellaris Prime even before you begin to venture out to other nearby planets. Below, we’ve got a complete list of every scannable on Stellaris Prime.

Every Flora Scannable
One of the most lush resources on Stellaris Prime inRevenge of the Savage Planetare the assorted plants you’ll find growing in the different regions of the map. Not all plants are friendly, though, so be mindful!
Description and Locations

Tall branching plants with yellowish eyeballs growing from them.
Alius Rubus
Large palm-like leaves growing near the bases of trees in forested areas.
Orange squash-shaped plants growing in dark areas.
Lanmunde Iregulum
Large, low monstera-like fronds growing near wood low to the ground.

Zitpauper Onthebak
Large thin trees with green leaves on the top and roots extending into bodies of water, growing on the shores of ponds in the area.
Light green leafy plants growing from the sides of cliffs.
Nyn Kompuhp
Tall pinking plants with large flowers at the top, with darker pink stamens.
Tall purplish leafy plantss growiing from grassy areas.
Anoyus Babyus
Tall trees with large magenta berry-like growths at the top with weeping green leaves.

Light green plant growing in grassy areas with light green leaves.

Pelican Fly Trap
Beach plants with eyes and orange pincers that can attack if you get too close.
Starry flowers with reddish-pink leaves and pointed yellow centers.

Pinkish growths in the ground near the Keeblis Elfis homes, with a red center.

Tall fan-like plant with green stems and large purple and blue leaves.
Fasheeone Amazanti
A large star-like plant with teal and purple tendrils and a blue brain-like growth in the middle.
Gray and teal coral beneath the water’s surface.
Malum Brassicae
Green pod-like plants with lighter green tendrils emerging from the top.
Ophaliez Prophectium
Yellow rounded leaves growing vertically from a series of green leaves on the forest floor.
Grayish branches with blue draping leaves.
Syphox
Pink and blue rounded plants growing from the leaves near the edges of water.
Long yellow and orange noodle-like coral beneath the water’s surface.
Nada Zilch Nulla
Tall trees growing from the water with orange blobs up the side and very sparse dark green leaves.
Tall, towering trees at the very tops of cliffs.
Agantum Jepsyiad
Purple ball growths in the leafy forest floors with grayish growths.
Enormous swirling green and pink branches.
Dry sticks poking from dry dirt.
Whyte Fungus
Large mushroom trees in the Chuggler’s Swamp area of the map.

Underwater coral with bluish teal stems that have light pink stems.
Grox Stinging Nettles
Piles of needle-like leaves on the ground on high cliffs in the Cliffs of Abaddoon.
Fungissimo
Tall curling red plants in the northern section of Chuggler’s Swamp after you feed the tree.

A lump pinkish growth from the ground with a blossom at the top.

Larger wall-hanging sacs near the Fecal Beetle Eggs in Scuttling Grotto.
Every Fauna Scannable
Not every entry in the Fauna section of the log you’ll create inRevenge of the Savage Planetis one you’re able to capture and bring home as a pet, but there are plenty of creatures you’ll have access to in the Kindex.
Mantis
Small bugs you’ll first encounter in Pfyzzich Beach that explode into slime when killed or stepped on.
Brainard
Large purplish creatures with blue eyes and a reddish brain on the top of their head that you first encounter on Pfyzzich Beach.
Slitherfly
The blue and purple bugs you’ll need to shoot down with your weapon.
Raccoons with large heads and eyes.
Kiwi Slug
Pink slugs you’ll toss into the mouths of the trees on Stellaris Prime to pass locked pathways.
Mandragrove Maw
The living trees that eat Kiwi Slugs to clear your path past their tangle of branches.
Beetle
Large bluish bug with a shovel for a nose and a purple shell that can be whipped or shot off to expose a weak spot.
Fecal Beetle
Large purple version of the Beetle with whip eggs on its back that you can whip off. They’re easy to handle if they walk through lava on their way to you!
Living slime that pursues you, full of gooey eyes.
Bazingus
Small blueish creatues with small arms and large heads and eyes.
A Raccocco with yellowish-orange eyes and an orange mohawk.

Hognork
In the Cliffs of Abadon as part of the main story.
Every Obstacle Scannable
The next category in the Kindex is the Obstacles menu, which tracks all the things you’re besting as a traversal challenge in moving around Stellaris Prime inRevenge of the Savage Planet.
Alarmingly Fragile Crystals
The long purple crystal growths that block your path and can be hit with your gun to clear.
Yellow and orange goopy nests growing from trees and cliffsides.
Breakable green sectioons of flooring.
Surprisingly Strong Webs
Flammable spider webs you’ll find blocking a few key items or locations, including the Javelin when you first discover it in Nu Florida.
Pink brain-like growths from the dirt with yellow spikes.
Trickle Spawning Mound
Several brownish-tan pipes coming from dirt and grass that spawns Trickles that pursue you and must be dealt with lest they injure you with lava.
Grapple… Thing
Blue bulbs growing off the sides of cliffs, accessible once you’re able to use your whip as a grappling hook.
Bomb Fruit
Red and orange fruiit growing from the ground with purple leaves, which explode if you hit them and spew lava nearby.
Dehydrated Fungal Polyp
Brown nest-like spheres growing from branches from the sides of cliffs. Water them to crate a larger platform to help your Pioneer navigate to greater heights.
Toxic Gas
Green gas in certain areas of Chuggler’s Swamp that deduct a half a bar of your HP for every few seconds you stay inside.
Glowing blue mushrooms that spark to produce electricity.
Cracked Wall
A cracked section of stone in the sides of cliffs that can be broken to reveal new paths and treasures.
Strings of interconnected light beam traversal rails.
Blobulous
Blue egg-like structures with purple webbing between them that can be broken with the proton whip.
Tan mushroom growths with a light blue, tealish top.
Ferrous Petals
Grayish tendrils covering one of the Printer Slurries in Chuggler’s Swamp.
Steam Vent
Holes in the dirt in the upper parts of the Cliffs of Abaddoon, blowing steam into the air.

Large vents that let you glide, if you’ve got the glider upgrade.

Location
Pfyzzich Beach
Where you crash-land with your initial spaceship to begin the game.
The central swamp where your Habitat is.
Slarragon Forest
The bulky tree-laden area just north of Nu Florida, where you’ll find plenty of important early-game gear.
The northern area above Slarragon Forest, rife with poisonous mushrooms.
Cliffs of Abaddoon
The leftmost area of Chuggler’s Swamp, climbing the mushrooms to ascend the cliff walls.
Scuttling Grotto
The northernmost area on the map of Stellaris Prime, beneath the caves you’ll enter through the Chuggler’s Swamp entry points.
Spiderlings' Hollow
The small eastern section off the Slarragon Forrest area, requiring the Goo Ingestor to enter.
