How Does The Battle Pass Work?
Season 2, titledHellfire Gala,kicks off today, April 11th, and will run through July 10, giving you and your friends up to three months, which is a significant amount of time to unlock everything the battle pass has to offer.
As with most battle passes, there’sa free tier and a paid optioncalledthe Luxury Battlepass.
The standard Luxury Battlepass costs 990 Latticeand unlocks all available rewards. If you choose not to buy it, you can still claim several free rewards along the way.
There’s also apremium version of the Luxury Battlepass priced at 2,100 Lattice. This one not only grants full access to all rewards but alsoincludes 2,800 Chrono Tokensand a20 percent boost to Chrono Token earnings.
Now if you wonder how you can claim all these rewards from the battle pass,you’ll need to collect Chrono Tokens.
These are primarily obtained bycompleting Daily Missions, Weekly Missions, and Challenges, but you can also earn them throughlimited-time Eventsandspecial Seasonal Missionsthat appear during different phases of the season.
The more of these tasks you complete, the more Chrono Tokens you’ll rack up, allowing you to steadily unlock rewards as you progress through the battle pass tiers.

You’ll probably notice you’re still racking up Chrono Tokens just by continuing to complete quests, even when there’s nothing left to unlock on the pass. Instead of letting those extra tokens go to waste,the game lets you turn them into something useful.
After you’ve collected every single item from the Battle Pass, you cantrade your leftover Chrono Tokens for Units, giving you another reason to keep grinding. The exchange rate is simple:1,000 Chrono Tokens will net you 100 Units. It’s a nice bonus that rewards your time without making things feel like a dead end.
