What Gets Transferred Over
Starting the New Game Plus is the simple part. On the other hand, what stays and what goes can be a little confusing.
What Is Kept
While the main narrative of Clair Obscur Expedition 33 doesn’t change, what you’ll be doing may be impacted.
Theprogress of your characters, such asweapons and what level they are, will be brought over. Additionally, all your party members will be unlocked. If you’re worried about losing your build, fortunately,Pictos and Luminascome with you.

While your Pictos come over, you may still find certain Pictos in specific locations, like boss fights. When you do, it may give you a free upgrade of that Picto or be converted into Chroma.
Lastly, you get to keepall the skillsyou’ve bought andthe Tintsyou’ve found.
What Stays Behind
Having your skills, weapons, and party ready to use at the start does help. However, even when you’re armed up, New Game Plus Mode will still be something of a struggle.
All yourside quests, quest items, and relationship levels with your party membersare reset. Most collectibles, likeExpedition Journals and Music Records, go back to zero as well.
As mentioned, the New Game Plus Mode may be a lot tougherdue to enemies being stronger. But, the trade-off is that slaying enemies willdrop loot that canonly be found in this mode.
So, if you’re attempting to 100 percent the game, playing New Game Plus Mode will help you achieve that feat.
