Leaks of sets that are seemingly being used in the second season of theFalloutshow have given us a good idea of what to expect. For starters, the New Vegas Strip will appear,both in its heydayandafter possibly being destroyed by deathclaws.
These leaks have also confirmed thatMr. House will play a role in the story,alongside the NCR. Now, yet another faction fromFallout: New Vegashas been spotted on one of these sets - Caesar’s Legion.
Caesar’s Legion Appear To Be In Fallout Season 2
The Fallout: New Vegas nods just keep piling up
These latest images were shared on Reddit and show a gathering of both Caesar’s Legion members and NCR soldiers. While this does appear to confirm that the Legion will be in the show, it does not necessarily mean that the main characters will meet them, as this could be a flashback. If the NCR are there too, it’s possible that this scene will depict the conflict between the factions that took place both before and during the events of New Vegas.
If the Legion are going to appear in the show’s timeframe, however, then it will be interesting to see how this is pulled off. Their fate can be radically changed by the player, as they can either be the rulers of the Mojave or be defeated by another faction. So, there’s a lot to write around if the show writers don’t want to force a canon ending.
Hell, there are even variations within their own ending, as it’s possible for there to be a new Caesar by the end of the game.
With this in mind, the flashback theory makes a lot more sense. It already looks like we’re getting flashbacks of the New Vegas Strip, in any case. Either way, we’ll just have to wait until Season 2 drops to find out for sure. It is expected to drop sometime next year.
