For a while now,Star Wars has been a constant guest in Fortniteand has even had its own dedicated seasons and events over the years, usually in time for Star Wars Celebration. Fortnite Is Already Teasing The Contents Of Its Next Star Wars Season

Get Ready For The Death Star

While we’ll have to wait until tomorrow to see what the latest Star Wars season of Fortnite has in store for us, it turns out that there’s actually already been some teases that eagle-eyed fans have picked up on. Just the other day,the official Fortnite account confirmed that Chewbacca was returning to the Item Store, which they announced with a unique graphic.

That graphic is unlike the others used for Star Wars announcements and seems to be related to the upcoming season.Twitter user and reliable Fortnite insider iFireMonkey shared that the text in the top right, which is Aurebesh, can be translated to reveal what appears to the Chapter 6, Season 3’s name - Galactic Battle.

If that wasn’t enough of a tease for the new Star Wars season, it turns out that the Chewie graphic is also hiding even more hints in the bottom left of the screen. As pointed out by Twitter user HYPEX, the images in the bottom right include the Death Star, a TIE Fighter, and a Starfighter, suggesting that Galactic Battle will have a heavier focus on flying vehicles.

The Death Star might have already been spotted in Fortnite already, as a big round object in the sky has previously been pointed out by players with much better vision than me.

With the name and those hints in mind, it seems that the Star Wars season is going to be a bit more unique than the others and put more emphasis on airborne battles. The Death Star could even end up being a massive boss like Godzilla, although we’ll have to wait until the new season is announced to find out for sure.
