Summary

TheGamer exclusively revealedfive of Funko’s most unique Godzilla Popsyet earlier this month, including its first-ever SpaceGodzilla figure. Pre-orders for those Pops are now starting to go live, with three of them currently available ahead of a June 2025 release.

While you might think of a big, green, dinosaur-looking monster when you hear the nameGodzilla, the kaiju has taken many forms in the 70 years since its introduction. Some of those designs are pretty colorful, and it’s those brighter versions of Godzilla and some of his enemies that Funko turned to for its latest collection dedicated to one of film’s most famous monsters.

Although five Pops were revealed, the two that were labeled exclusives - one to Amazon, and another for Funko - aren’t currently available for pre-order. The other three, which will presumably be available anywhereFunko Popsare sold, can all be pre-ordered now, though. The three brightly-colored Godzilla figures all have listings at Entertainment Earth, andthey’re all $19.99 each.

While two of the designs are “Retro Futurism” takes on the kaiju, giving the monster pink and purple makeovers, one of them is an entirely different take on Godzilla pulled from decades of the beast’s lore - Mechagodzilla. As you can see, and likely assumed from its name, Mehchagodzilla is a robot recreation of regular Godzilla, sent to Earth by aliens to try and defeat the original.

Even though it’s not quite as brightly-colored as the others in the Retro Futurism Godzilla collection, the Mechagodzilla Pop is still a lot brighter than a regular Godzilla. As for the other two you can pre-order right now at Entertainment Earth, one is a shocking shade of pink with glowing yellow eyes, and the other is purple, yellow, and orange with the same eyes as its pink counterpart.

Godzilla Funko Pops

Godzilla has a lot of Funko Pops, but none quite like these. A collection of retro futuristic Godzilla designs that includes brightly-colored Kaiju along with SpaceGodzilla, Mechagodzilla, and Destroyah figures.

Even though pre-orders for the SpaceGodzilla Funko Pop - my favorite from this new collection - aren’t live yet, the store page for the extraterrestrial kaiju is live. That confirmsthe Pop will cost $20,and there’s an option to receive a notification whenever pre-orders go live.

The only Pop of the five that’s still MIA is the Destroyah figure, but that’s to be expected. The Destroyah Funko Pop is an Amazon exclusive, so it probably won’t have a listing until pre-orders go live, or maybe not until the figure is available to buy. It will almost certainly also cost $20, too, which means if you want all five, it’s going to cost you $100.
