When it comes to gaming subscription services, it’s fair to say thatXbox Game Passtakes all the air out of the room at pretty much every opportunity. That’s especially been the case this year withheavy-hitters like Oblivion: Remastered, Avowed, and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, but Xbox isn’t the only one that offers free games with its subscription.

For a while now,PlayStation has had a respectable catalogue of games through its PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium subscriptions, which give players the option to choose from a range ofPS3,PS4, andPS5titles that are changed around or updated every few months. The latest update doesn’t look like good news, however.

GTA 5 Is Leaving PlayStation Plus Once Again, Alongside Some PS3 And PS4 Gems

You’ve Got Until May 20 To Visit Los Santos And Gotham City Again

As pointed out by Push Square, PlayStation recently updated its Last Chance To Play picks on the PS Plus section of the PlayStation Store. That update revealed that 22 games are going to be removed from the service on May 20, meaning there’s less than a month to download and play the games until they’re removed.

There’s a range of games being taken away, but the biggest losses are without a doubt GTA 5, Resistance,Batman: Arkham Knight,inFamous: Second Son,Ghostrunner, and The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners if you’ve got PS VR.Thanks to Push Square, we’ve got the whole list below, although it’s worth noting that some games are split between PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium.

This isn’t the first time that GTA 5 has been removed from PlayStation Plus, so it’s likely that it’ll come back in the future. It’s not clear why it’s being rotated so much, though.

Considering how manyplayers complain that the PS Plus selection is pretty slim at the best of times, it’s strange to see PlayStation removing so many games at once. Here’s hoping that some bangers are added to the catalogue to make up for the losses.
