The Toadstool Floatfish can be caught at any time of day,without any bait, in any of thesaltwater bodies in Elderwood. This includes the coast of the Vieuxport Sea near De Mer Dock and Mauvais Way, as well as the Fallen Aqueduct in Deep Woods.
