The Animal Hunt event inRoblox’s Fischbrought a lot of wild surprises to both seas, with strange and funny creatures. But perhaps the most mysterious of them all is hidden in a special event pool in the Second Sea — the Octophant Bestiary. Once you find this event pool, you can attempt to complete the Octophant Bestiary and even catch the Octophant itself.
To complete this bestiary, you should do more than sail to the right spot and cast your line. To get the main catch, you must first de-protect it, which is a new mechanic unfamiliar to players.

How To Catch Octophant
Octophant is a mini-boss that you can catch at the very end. He will appear above the pool wrapped in a bubblewith an HP bar with 25 points. Once the pool is active and the bubble appears, your goal is tocatch 25 fish in the zone.
Every fish caught will reduce the Octophant’s shield health points, which you’re able to track via the bar floating above its head. After 25 fish are reeled in, the bubble will pop, giving one lucky player the chance to catch the beast.
To maximize your chances, make sure you’reusing a strong rod like the Free Spirit Rod or the Great Dreamer Rod, both of which offer excellent stats and solid passives that help during high-stakes catches. As for Octophant’s preferences, here’s what you’ll need to know:
Remember, once the Octophant is caught, the entire event ends. So if you’re planning to grab this legendary creature, be quick, well-prepared, and ready to act as soon as the opportunity appears.
