When you’re creating your own Zoi inInZoi, you can customize almost every aspect of them, from their physical appearance to their interests, desired life goals, and personality. Your choices will directly shape their traits and preferences.
Preferences make your Zoi unique. Just like in real life, they can’t like or dislike everything - there are specific interests, topics or activities that define what they enjoy or avoid. This guide will explain everything about preferences, including what they are, how to change them, and a complete list of all available preferences.
InZoi is currently in Early Access and the gameplay will change over time. We’ll update this guide as the game changes.
Preferences, Explained
Just like in real life,Preferences are specific hobbies, activities, or interests that you set for your Zoi, and they will either like or dislike them.
This helpsinfluence their interactions with people and the world, shaping their social presence.
With Autonomy on, certain preferences will be acted upon automatically. For example, ifcleaning is one of your Zoi’s preferencesand Autonomy is enabled, they will clean the house, bathroom, or bedroomwhenever the opportunity arises.Same case with other preferences.
When a Zoi has a preference,it will also speed up the rate at which they learn skill growth related to that preference.
How To Change Preferences
At first,depending on which traits you selected,your Preferences will be set automatically, but don’t worry, these can be changed at any time.
Head over to thebottom left corner of the screen and click on the Zoi Card, orsimply press ‘O’ on your keyboardto bring up all the details about your Zoi, where you may customize it.
Look for the Preference section on the right side of the cardand click on the Edit icon. This will open the menu with all the available preferences in the game, and you’re able to choose from them.
There are two types of preferences in the game.
you may set a maximum of ten preferences, including both Likes and Dislikes.
