There’s a lot to do inDisney Dreamlight Valley, and every character has a role to play. From fellow gardeners who can reap a bountiful harvest to the time-bending travelers and snippet-snatching adventurers, you can build meaningful relationships in your Valley.

However, while most villagers are young adults, there are some who are still children–or at least children at heart. Alice is one such character, and sometimes the people in the village need help remembering that she’s still growing and learning. We’ll help you restore peace to the village after a misunderstanding turns chaotic and wreaks havoc on poor Alice.

How To Unlock The Fractured Glass Friendship Quest

To begin this quest, you’ll need toreach friendship level sevenwith Alice. You’ll also needOlaf and Mother Gothel availableand haveaccess to the Sunlit Plateau.

Once you’ve met these conditions,speak with Aliceto see what’s going on with her. It seems as though she’s quite happy, but something is amiss. It appears thatshe’s only happy, feeling no other emotions.

Conduct an investigation byspeaking with Scrooge McDuck, Mother Gothel, and Olaf. Afterwards, head into Alice’s house to see if you may find anything that might explain her curious behavior.

Look beside the sofa on the floor to see what’s going on.

There’s asmall Alice stuffed into a teapot! When you speak to her, it seems that she’s only sullen. You’llneed to cheer her upif you want to find out what’s going on!

Talk with Happy Alice to find out what will make the other Alice cheerful again. She recommends making more ice cream than either of them can eat at a time, so head to your nearest cooking station and get ready. Below are therecipes for the different ice cream flavorsAlice will like:

With the ice cream in your inventory,return to Alice’s houseandplace the ice creamby the teapot. Give her a moment to eat it and thencheck in with her.

While it hasn’t fixed things entirely,she’s ready to talkabout what happened. It seems that Scrooge lectured her in his shop earlier and called her silly, hurting her feelings. The kaleidoscope you found in the previous questsplit her into a happy half and a sad half.

It’s up to you to put them back together!

Hurry to Scrooge’s store to confront him. When you arrive, it looks like Happy Alice has caused more trouble. There arepiles of broken merchandiseall over the first floor of the store.Clean them all up, then tell Scrooge what you found out.

He’s quite apologetic andpromises to speak with Aliceabout his outburst. She is, after all, just a child–and children are supposed to be silly sometimes. While he works on an apology, you need to gospeak with Merlinabout the kaleidoscope.

Merlin recommendscheering up Sad Aliceand trying toget the two Alices to reconcileover the initial problem. That includesgetting Scrooge McDuck, Mother Gothel, and Olaf togetherto talk about what happened leading up to her personality split and the immediate events following it.

While the othersgather at Alice’s house, it’s your job tobring her flowersthat will make her smile. You’ll needthree blue flowers, four red flowers, and six yellow flowers.

Head into Alice’s houseonce you have the flowers in your inventory, then listen to everyone attempt to cheer up the Sad Alice. Once they’re done,speak to Aliceand give her the bouquet you brought.

Let her have a moment to talk to herself, allowing the two Alices to reunite.Speak with Alice to conclude the questand earn an additional sum of friendship points with her.
