FortniteChapter 6, Season 1 introduces the Expertise Quests, a chance to fine-tune your combat skills with your favorite weapon, but now with Chapter 6, Season 2, they are back, and it seems that Fortnite has taken it upon itself to make the Expertise Quests a regular feature every season, giving you the opportunity to take advantage of discounted items you can get.
Whether you’re dealing damage with assault rifles, shotguns, or SMGs, this season’s focus is all about mastering those weapons. But you don’t have to do all of them; if sniper rifles aren’t your thing, then no need to complete those, and so on. This time around, there are more Expertise Quests available, and this guide will go over everything you need to know about it.
What Are Expertise Quests?
Just like the previous season,Expertise Quests are special challengesthat you may complete during the seasonin order to unlock discounts on certain itemsthat you can buy from specific characters on the map.
These quests come in stages, and for each stage, you will unlock a better discount, which meansyou should always aim to complete these as early as possiblein order to get an advantage when buying the best loadout to help secure that win.
These discounts remain for the entirety of the season, so you don’t have to worry about them expiring.
While you do not have to complete all of them,it’s best to focus on the quests that align with your preferred playstyleand work through them all the way to the end. This approach allows you to progress comfortably at your own pace while still enjoying the game.
Some quests can be particularly challenging to attempt, requiring specific skills or strategies, so it’s smarter to tackle the ones that fit your style first. By doing so, you can build up your experience and confidence before attempting the more difficult ones later in the season.
This way, you won’t feel overwhelmed, and you’ll have a more enjoyable and manageable progression throughout.
