Easter eggs have always added excitement and a sense of mystery to the Zombies mode inCall of Duty: Black Ops 6is no exception. There are numerous Easter eggs to uncover, each offering different rewards – some are fun, others might make you laugh, and a few can even send a chill down your spine.

The new Zombies map, Shattered Veil, brings its own collection of Easter eggs. Some may reward you with the highly sought-after Ray Gun Mark 2, while others will grant you some free loot to help with your survival. And, of course, there’s the infamous jumpscare Easter egg that’s become an essential part of all the new maps. This guide will show you how you can complete it.

How To Activate The Jumpscare Easter Egg On Shattered Veil

The first thing you need to do before getting into a match isequip a thermal scope to your weapon. This can be theOtero Thermal x2or any other thermal scope.

Once you have this set up, start a match on Shattered Veil andprogress toward the map until you reach the mansion.

Your task here is to use the weapon with the scope andlook into a set of different windowswhere there should bea lady silhouette figurethat will disappear as soon as you aim at it with the thermal scope, and you need to do thisin four different windows.

The location of the ladyis random for every match, so you just need to go around the mansion and look for her.

There might be some other windows where you can see her, so just ensure to check all of them.

If you manage to spot her in four of the locations,make your way to the Nursery, west of the mansion. Inside the child’s bedroom, there will bea mirror on the left side of the room.

Before interacting with it,be prepared for a jumpscare. Unlikethe jumpscare on the Tomb, this one is worth doing asit can reward you with some free loot.

After the jumpscare is over,interact with the mirror one more timeand you will be able to grab some essence, some salvage, and even a free perk if you’re lucky.
