Runescape: Dragonwildsfeatures vaults where you can find materials that are used to generate fast-travel portals. Therefore, clearing vaults and retrieving all the cores from each one is crucial. However, these places are mazes and feature extremely difficult enemies that you must defeat.
So, you may have a hard time clearing most of them out, if not all. The Whispering Swamp Vault is quite challenging to complete, but it is worth the effort. Here, we will guide you on how to find the cores and all the chests available in this particular vault.

How To Clear Whispering Swamp Vault
The Whispering Swamp Vault can be found on the northeast sideof the area, directly south of the Fractured Plains border.
Once you go inside, you will be attacked by a couple of giant rats. Quickly defeat them and make your way inside.Go up the stairs, take a left, and continue going up.
First Vault Core Location
Then,turn right and proceed to the left. On your right, there will be some traps you have to cross. The traps will glow more before activating, so make your way accordingly. After you have crossed the traps,take a left, and there will be a bunch ofVault Guardians inside the room.
You may have trouble defeating them, but if you do enough damage and can parry the larger ones, you will easily defeat them.
It is better to defeat the ones who are shooting you from long range first, as they will continuously damage you when you are fighting the close-range ones.
The Sentinels aren’t that tanky, so defeat them and then lure the other ones to the traps you just crossed.
The traps will deal significant damage to them. Make sure you have a shield to block their attacks if they manage to approach you.
Once they are dead, go back inside the room,take the Vault Core and open the chest.
Second Vault Core Location
Now,go ahead and take a left. There will be more traps.Go through them one by one; don’t rush, take your time and make your way. Then,take a rightand go through even more traps.
These ones will be pretty easy to cross. Make your way through the first ones and thenrun to the other side. Now, enter the room, andyou will encounter more guardians.
However, before that, use the windstep spell and jump above the wall on the left. Go down the stairs and open the chest.
Now, go up the stairs and shoot the sentinel with your bow.Make sure to dodge when he hits youwith his attacks. Both guardians will approach you, but won’t be able to jump over to your side, so take advantage of that anddefeat both of them.
On the right side, there will be one more Hulk,so damage him from long rangeand then take out your shield and weapon. Dodge with your shield if he attacks you, as that will stun him. Defeat him andopen the chestjust ahead.
After that,enter the room located next to the chest and turn right. Pass the trap carefully and enter the room. There will be a couple of giant rats, so defeat them first and then proceed to fight the sentinels.You can lure them to the traps you just crossedand dodge all of their projectiles with a shield.
In front of you will be the second Vault Core, so pick it up.
ensure to interact with the statue ahead of the Vault Core, as you will receive a recipe for the Anti-Dragon Shield.
Third Vault Core Location
Nowgo back and pass the trapsagain. Go straight and thentake a right.Pass the traps, and there will be another guardian. Use your bow to attack him. He will approach you and get hit by the traps. When he comes near you,equip your close-range weapon and shield.
Block from your shield as soon as he attacks you, and then use your melee attacks to defeat him. After that,proceed to the room on your right, open the chest, and then return. Now,you may have noticed stairsgoing down in the middle of the room.
Go down, make your way through the trap, and a guardian will be waiting for you. Use your bow again and lure him into the trap. While you are fighting him,another guardian will rush toward you. Use your attacks and traps to damage him and thengo up the stairs.
Make sure to use your shield when he attacks to make him vulnerable.
Make your way ahead, and you willfind a lever.Use it and go inside the room. There will be a couple of giant rats and a Rat King.Use your bow to hit the Rat Kingand take out at least 40 percent of his health.
When he comes near, you equip your close-range weapon and shield. Then, defeat the giant rats andpick up the Vault Core right in front of you. Behind the core,you will find another chest, so open it. Now, go back and head straight to exit the Vault.
