These items are not only used to craft various equipment, but also to complete some bar quests to get money and skill points. However, the grind to get certain types of junk gets harder as you progress.

These items start having a much lower chance to spawn, and you also need a ton of them due to the RNG aspect of weapon crafting. Mini Reactor is one such item, and it’ll be one of the most sought-after junk until you can craft high-tier equipment to farm it much more easily.

Where To Get Mini Reactor

While playing Rusty Rabbit, you can grind most of the junk required to craft low-tier items during the main story itself. However, as you get to blue rarity or higher, you’ll start requiring items that are not only hard to find in the main world,but some are completely impossible since they don’t exist in Smokestack Mountain.

Mini Reactor is one such item, and you can only find itby taking part in the Random Dungeon game mode, which unlocks fairly early. To get Mini Reactor, you’ll first have to progress to floor 81, where you have a chance of the item spawning in the golden containers for two specific maps.

The map you get for Random Dungeons is completely random, but once you get to floor 81, you’re able to simply enter the next floor,see if you got the right map, and exit if you didn’t.

While this is the best way to get Mini Reactor at the start, it gets a lot better once you acquire at least one copy of all the golden-tier weapons. Once that happens,you can defeat the D.A.F.N.E. boss in the Rust Beast Index of Random Dungeons. You can easily defeat this boss with your golden hammer and the barrier ability on it.

Once the boss is defeated, you’ll find some blocks and wires blocking the path on the left.Get past these to find a bunch of golden blocks, most of which will have a Mini Reactor in them. You can also get the blocks above the wall on the top with your golden gun, and some more on the right side before you leave.

This will make your Mini Reactor farm much easier,allowing you to craft a bunch of high-tier weaponsand get the stats you want.
