How To Find The Legendary Sumi-e Painting Locations
Searching for each legendary animal will be a time-sink. So, if you’re planning to find all of them in one sitting, be prepared for a long session.
These animals will only appear duringcertain times andin certain seasons. Each season changesaround the3-hour markof in-game time. However, you may be able to speed things up byfast traveling orswitching between Yasuke or Naoe.

Whenever the season changes while you’re playing, you should start looking for them. They’re more likely to show up at that point.
It’s also worth mentioning thatthey might stillnot appearfor you if you reach the right spot. If that’s the case,fast-travel out and head backto any of the spawn points. You might have to do this a few times.

It also seems that if you’re near the place where any of these animals spawn before they do,they might not show up. For example, if you’re an animal’s spawn locationat night, and it only appears at dawn, it won’t be there.
If you fail at getting any of the drawings, you’re able to redo them. Just head back to any of the spawn points at the right time and attempt it again.
