One of the best parts ofRunescape: Dragonwildsis finding new resources in the game. When you first find tin and ore to make bronze bars, you unlock a bunch of recipes that help you progress further into the game. Not only that, but some materials even unlock new buildings for your base.
Sometimes these materials and resources are locked behind progression milestones like levels or interacting with new crafting stations. One of these materials that needs a crafting station is the Ground Stone, and for that, you’ll need to face one of the tougher areas in the same for some materials.

How To Unlock The Grindstone
To craft Ground Stone, you’ll need to use a Grindstone, which isunlocked by finding Granitein the game. Finding granite in the game can be tough early on because of the high-level enemies around the nodes.
Make sure you have good gear to defend yourself while mining.

Where To Find Granite Stone
Granite can befound in the Stormtouched Highlands, which is to the northwest of the map. You must go through the Fractured Plains first before you get there. You will alsoneed a Bronze Pickaxe or betterto mine these nodes.
Near the boundary of Stormtouched Highlands, you’re able to find Granite Stone nodes, so if you don’t want to go that far, you can just skim the edges. There are acouple of Granite nodes northwest of Fractured Plains.

You can use the spell Rocksplosion to mine Granite Stone nodes faster. You will still need to have a Bronze Pickaxe or higher if you want to use the spell on the node.
How To Build A Grindstone
The Grindstone can be placed outside, so you don’t need to build an extension to your base for it to work. Once you’ve unlocked the Grindstone recipe, you’ll need to have the following materials to build it:
How To Craft Ground Stone
Now that you have a grindstone in your base, you can start crafting some materials. To craft Ground Stone, place stones inside the Grindstoneand start it up.Each stone will create five Ground Stones. This material is used mostly to build tier two walls along with ground sandstone.
If you have the ‘Lift with your hips’ passive under the mining skill, then the stones you carry will be lighter than the ground stones.
Keep that in mind since you might go over your weight limit while crafting them.
