This is the case with their latest event debuting this season, theSweet Discoveries Event, bringing tons of bonuses and a few Pokemon Go firsts.

This event will be active for nearly a week,beginning on Thursday, July 23, 2025, at 10am local time, and concluding on Tuesday, July 23, 2025, at 8pm local time. How To Get Applin, Flapple, And Appletun In Pokemon Go

The Sweet Discoveries Event will debutApplin and its two evolution options: Flapple and Appletun. To complete either of these evolutions, it will require200 Applin Candy, a resource obtained bycatching, transferring, or hatching Applin, Flapple, or Appletun.

Additionally, you will need to use20 Tart Apples to evolve Applin into Flapple, and20 Sweet Apples to evolve Applin into Appletun. These are brand-new Pokemon Go items, being introduced during this event and remaining available following its conclusion.

You will now have thechance of finding apples in the wild, providing you with one of three rewards when tapped on. Doing so will provide you withTart Apples, Sweet Apples, or a Pokemon encounter, including Applin encounters.
