Assassin’s Creed Shadowshas a total of 54 Achievements/Trophies to collect, plus the Platinum Trophy for PlayStation 5 players. AC Shadows may not be the most difficult game to get all of the trophies for, but like most Assassin’s Creed titles, it is very time-consuming. While there are no missable trophies, planning effectively as you advance through the game can save you dozens of hours further down the line.

Prologue
Complete the Prologue
Finish thePrologue’s 5 quests. The last quest in the Prologue is ‘The Onyro Samurai.’
A New League Rises
Complete Act 1 of the main story
Finish the 18 quests inthe game’s first act. The last quest in Act 1 is ‘Mibuno Showdown.’
An Oath Fulfilled
Complete Act 2 of the main story
Finish all 43 quests inthe story’s second act. The last quest in Act 2 is ‘The Man Behind the Mask.’
Fall of the Shinbakfu
Complete Act 3 of the main story
Finish the 15 quests inthe story’s third act.The last quest is either ‘The Path He Walks’ or ‘The Meaning of the Blade,’ depending on the order you do Yasuke/Naoe’s quests.
Completethe Assassination quest ofWada Koretakequest and meet the ally Yaya.

Train one of your recruitedallies to their maximum rank (veteran).To do this, you’ll need to build a Dojo in your Hideout and upgrade it to Level 3.

Fullylevel up Naoe’s Shinobi Mastery.You’ll requireKnowledge Rank 6and a lot of Mastery Points to achieve this.
Art of Kenjutsu
Master the way of the samurai
Fullylevel up Yasuke’s Samurai Mastery.You’ll requireKnowledge Rank 6and several Mastery Points to complete this.
Make it Personal
Engrave your first weapon
Personalize a weapon byengraving itat Heiji’s Forgein your Hideout. To do this, you’ll need to have recruited Heiji for your Hideout by completing ‘The Way of The Blacksmith’ side quest and build a Forge for Heiji to work in.
This Forge will need to beupgraded to Level 2, as this is when engraving is available.
Better than a Bucket
Equip legendary gear in all slots
Obtain Legendary Gear of all categories andequip Legendary Gearinto allof Yasuke and Naoe’s Inventoryslots.
This includesPrimary and Secondary Weapons for both Yasuke and Naoe, as well as Headgear, Light Armour, and Trinket for Naoe and Heavy Armour, Helmet, and Amulet for Yasuke.
Limitless
Find a legendary piece of gear of each type
You will need to find and have at leastone Legendary gear itemfor the following categories. Naoe - Katana, Kusarigama, Tanto, Headgear, Light Armour and Trinket. Yasuke - Long Katana, Naginata, Kanabo, Bow, Teppo, Helmet, Heavy Armour, Amulet.
In Case of Trouble
Fully upgrade your tools and ammunition
Level up the Tools Masteryby acquiring all skills for Naoe andboth the Bow and Teppo Masteryfor Yasuke. You’ll require Knowledge Rank 6 and a lot of Mastery Points to be able to achieve this.
Suture Self
Fully upgrade your rations
To fully upgrade your rations, you’ll need tounlock and build a Tea Roomin your Hideout and completethe quest ‘Tea Bowls for Rikyu.’
You’ll also need tounlock and build a Zashikifor your Hideout and complete the’Iron Hand Guild' quest lineby assassinating the five members on the objectives board. Lastly, you’ll need toobtain food items from all 16 vendorsthat are shown by food bowls on the map.
Sometimes
Perform a landing roll
While playing as Naoe,perform a landing rollfor the first time. You can do this after unlocking the Igan Roll ability in Naoe’s Shinobi Mastery (Mastery Rank 2) and pressing Circle before hitting the ground.
Reeding is Fundamental
Escape conflict by using a breathing reed to hide in shallow water
While engaged in combat with enemies, flee andhide in shallow water by going prone as Naoe(holding Square).
Just Your Shadow
Distract the same enemy 3 times with shinobi bells
Shinobi Bells can be unlocked via Naoe’s Shinobi Mastery Rank 2. You just need to equip these as a tool for Naoe to use and distract the same enemy three times in a row. Just stay hidden behind cover and throw three of them to unlock this trophy.
Hook, Line and Swinger
Stay airborne by swinging from one grappling hook point to another
As Naoe,swing on consecutive grappling hook pointsto get this trophy. You can usually find these when platforming up the mountains, and they are pretty easy to spot.
Acrobatics
Perform a leap of faith from a grappling hook swing
As Naoe,swing on a grappling hook point into a Leap of Faithanimation. These are pretty easy to find, too; just look for a large tree near a pile of hay or water.
Leap of Fail
Perform a leap of faith as Yasuke
Attempt toperform a Leap of Faith as Yasuke.The easiest way to do this is to fast travel to a viewpoint and jump off as Yasuke into a pile of hay or water.
Adept Shinobi
Perform your first assassination
Completeyour first assassination as Naoe.You should do this during the game’s Prologue.
Master Shinobi
Assassinate an enemy through a shoji door
Unlock Naoe’s ‘Shoji Door Assassination’in Knowledge Rank 1 of her Assassin Mastery.Equip your Katanaand assassinate an enemythrough a shoji door,which can be found in Castles and other built-up areas.
Unseen
Perform 5 assassinations in a row without being noticed or entering combat
Assassinate 5 enemies in a row without triggering combatwhile playing as Naoe. Enemies can notice you, but as long as they don’t engage in combat, your streak won’t be reset. If you’re struggling, turn the difficulty down, as it’s harder for enemy guards to spot you on lower difficulty levels.
Giant Slayer
Assassinate a powerful guardian in one go
Become Wantedby triggering the alarm at a castleand lose your enemies.Then head back to the castle andfind a Guardian(large enemy/ heavy). Sneak up behind them as Naoe andassassinate themfor this trophy.
Adept Samurai
Perform your first Finisher as Yasuke
Completeyour first Finishermove playing as Yasuke. You should do this during the game’s Prologue.
Master Samurai
Parry an incoming projectile
Eitherparry an incoming arrow or bulletfrom an enemy. The easiest way to do this is to play as Yasuke, stand far away from an archer to give you time to react and, with a Long Katana equipped, press the corresponding button to parry the arrow.
Unstoppable
Use Samurai Stand before performing a Finisher on an enemy
To unlockYasuke’s Samurai Stand ability, you must first complete the side quest from Nobutsuna Sensei called “Nobutsuna’s Students” in the People of Omi Objective Board.
Once you have done so, the Samurai Stand ability will be available to purchase from the Knowledge Level 4 of Samurai Mastery for 5 Mastery points.Use this ability on an enemyto trigger the trophy.

Kick an enemy from a high place
Play as Yasuke, anduse the Samurai ability War Kickto kick an enemy off the side of a ledge.A good place to try this is on the top of a castle or palace’s outer wall, which has an enemy stationed on it. Kicking them into the moat below triggers the trophy.
Overdesign III
Perform a Finisher on an enemy that is both Poisoned and Dazed
You’ll requiretwo weaponsfor this trophy,one with at least 12% Daze Buildup and another with 12% Poison Buildup.If you don’t have one, weapon vendors are your best bet to find some, but regular weapons cannot have these abilities added to them.
Find a high-level enemy, such as a Guardian or Samurai Daisho, and attack them with the Daze weapon until the Daze bar is full. Then, switch to the Poison weapon and do the same with the poison bar. Keep attacking until their health is gone and a Finisher move should trigger. If the enemy is dying too quickly, consider turning the difficulty up for this trophy.
Final Hearing
Sheath your weapon immediately after an enemy dies from Bleed
Usea weapon that has the Bleed effectto damage an enemy almost to death. Wait for them to bleed out, then sheath your weapon byholding right on the d-pad.
Adventurer
Shoot an enemy in the knee with an arrow
As Yasuke,aim your bow at one of your enemy’s kneesand end their adventuring days for good.
Mortal Reminder
Complete an Objective Board
Completeall of the quests on an objectives board, e.g.The Twisted Tree.
Test Your Might
Defeat the final enemy in the tournament
Speak to Gyoji and startthe quest The Tournament.Defeat all 5 enemies in a tournamentto unlock this trophy.
Kofun Raider
Complete your first kofun
Complete a parkour challenge,a.k.a. a Kofun.The first Kofun you’ll encounter will likely bethe Old Kofun, located near Sakai.
Good Form
Complete your first kata
Complete a training task for Yasuke,a.k.a. a Kata,with all sections passedfor the trophy.
A Rare Occurrence
Complete all legendary sumi-e
Find and carry outall five ofthe Sumi-e of Legendary Animals.Beware thatfour of the five are only available during a specific season.
Collector
Complete a collection
Complete any one of the Tea Bowls, Kano Painting, Kamon Crest, or Valuable Object collections.Tea Bowls are the first you have access toand only require seven in total.
Sole Sanctum
Unlock the Hideout
Completethe main story quest ‘From Spark to Flame’and unlock the Hideout.
Chase the Morning
Add a sumi-e to the Hideout
After completing a painting in a Sumi-e side activity,hang one of thesein your Hideout to unlock this trophy.You’ll need to do so in a Study,so if you haven’t already got one of these, build one.
Against Wood and Stone
Fully upgrade a building in the Hideout
Upgrade any building in the Hideoutto its max level. As you’ll need a fully-leveled up Dojo for Front of the Pack, this is a good one to choose.

Adopt a pet
To adopt a pet in AC Shadows, you’ll need to eitherpaint an animal in a Sumi-eside activityor pet themaround a town or temple. Go back to your Hideout and go to the Misc. tab, you should see the animal in question there.Add it to the Hideoutand the trophy will pop.
Happy Place
Reach the highest point on the map
Climb to the top of Mount Hakkyo,which is located in Southeast Yamato.
Pathfinder
Visit every province on the map
Visit all nine provinceson the map: Izumi, Settsu, Yamashiro, Omi, Iga, Yamato, Kii,
Scouting Mission
Gather information using a scout
Deploy a scout to search an area. You can do this by heading to the map and holding Square to search the area for an objective.

Complete at least one contract in all nine provinces.you may find contracts in Kakurega and each province has a least one able to be unlocked and utilised.

Look for treasure behind the waterfall in the Hideout
