There are a lot of characters for you to befriend inHello Kitty Island Adventure, with friendship being increased through gifts. Each day, you’ll be able to give a character three gifts, which can often make progression to a higher friendship level feel long and drawn out.
Thankfully, you are able to use a certain little pink flower to reset the gifts for a village. In this guide, we are going to take a look at how to obtain the Friendship Blossom, as well as how to use it. Additionally, we’ll take a look at the larger version, called the Friendship Bouquet.
How To Get Friendship Blossoms
Unlike other flowers in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, youcannot find Friendship Blossoms around the island.Instead,you can obtain them through Daily Rewards,which aregiven by My Melodyat thestart of a new day.
OnTuesdays and Thursdays,My Melody will give you one Friendship Blossom, but it’s important to note thatyou can only have three Friendship Blossoms in your inventory at max.If you have more, then My Melody will not give you another.
Aside from Daily Rewards, you can also get Friendship Blossoms bycompleting achievements,which are found in the main menu of the game. Here, you’ll see a lot of categories, with each one displaying several achievements.
If there is a reward, the achievement will have it displayed next to the text. For example, in theFriendship Forever tab, the achievement called Friendship Group will reward you with one Friendship Blossom.
A simple one to complete isKnow Thy Friends, which rewards one blossom.To complete this achievement, you need to givesomeone a gift where they like all three tags. These are three-heart gifts, which means that it is the most-loved gift of a resident.
Sometimes, the developers (Sunblink) may send out gifts to players containing Friendship Blossoms. This isn’t too common, but it can happen! If this does happen, thenthe limit of three is ignored.For example, if you have three blossoms and Sunblink sends two,you’ll have five with none being wasted.
How To Use Friendship Blossoms
Friendship Blossoms can only be used if you have already given a character three gifts. When you go to give them a gift again, all items will be grayed out, with the Friendship Blossom taking up the first space.
After selecting the Friendship Blossom, you will be asked toconfirm the choice and then officially hand it over.From here, you’re able to give three more gifts to the character in question.
You’ll be able tocontinue giving the same character Friendship Blossomsas long as you have enough.
What Are Friendship Bouquets?
Friendship Bouquets function like Friendship Blossoms, but they reset the daily gifts for all characters in the game.Rather than giving it to a character, you’ll need to use it directly from your inventory (it’s found on the second tab, which is shaped like a backpack).
After the Bouquet has been used,the daily gifts with everyone will be reset, and you can give gifts again.
How To Get Friendship Bouquets
Like Friendship Blossoms, the bouquets are received as a Daily Reward. EverySaturday,the reward you receive is a Friendship Bouquet. The limit for these is also three; if you’re already at this limit,My Melody won’t give you more.
