Ready for another weekend of racing inMonopoly Go? BetweenMarch 21 at 1PM ESTandMarch 25 at 1PM EST, you and three other players will team up and work together to out-race the other three teams you’re competing against (or you’ll go it alone with all you’ve got, if you choose to play solo).
The team racing events in Monopoly Go usually offer some of the best prizes in the game, and the same is true for this round of Tycoon Racers. Players on the winning team get tochoose either a Wild Stickeror a Swap Pack!

If you’re an avid Monopoly Go player, you’re likely doing plenty of the things you’ll need to do to earn extra tokens for Tycoon Racers, since plenty of them come from everyday gameplay tasks. These methods of getting extra Tycoon Racers tokens include:
Once you’ve stocked up on some flags, it’s time to head into the race menu and spend them to help your car complete laps around the racetrack.
Roll Three Dice At A Time To Race
During the first day of the event, we were given the choice to either choose a few partners to work with for the course of the Tycoon Racers event or opt into working solo to complete the races. This decision is cemented once the first race begins, and afterward, you’ll participate inthree separate races, one each day, to earn points toward the prizes awarded on March 25.
Since races are typically meant to be team events, Monopoly Go encourages cooperative play in Tycoon Racers events by offering a better list of rewards to the players who compete on teams versus those who choose to race solo. We’ve listed both sets of rewards for Tycoon Racers below.
Tycoon Racers is a cumulative event, with each race throughout the weekend scoring you a set number of points. Once the third race has finished, the game will tally up the total number of points earned from these three races and pay outrewards based on your final placementon the podium once all is said and done.
Each day, you’llspend checkered flags to roll three dicein the small bubble at the bottom of the racing screen. Here, you can choose toincrease your multiplier to spend more flags but earn points quickly, which pays off especially well when you consider thatrolling doubles or triples multiplies your score by two or three, respectively,before adding them to your total.
Because of this, it’s often helpful toboost your multiplier when rolling with a Lucky Rocket, the lap reward you’ll receive periodically that makes it so you’re only able to roll fours, fives, and sixes on each dice. Since you’re guaranteed a high roll and your chances of rolling doubles or triples is doubled with fewer numbers, it’s a good chance to rake in plenty of points quickly!
When you choose a Lucky Rocket from the list of potential lap rewards in Tycoon Racers, if you’re playing on a team,your Lucky Rocket is applied to each teammatefor their next roll. That said, youcan’t stockpile Lucky Rockets, so if most of the players on your team still have their last one, there’s not much use in choosing another one as the next lap reward.
The top prizes for the weekend on the team side of Tycoon Racers in Monopoly Go include a good spread of rewards. Winning teams get tochoose either a Swap Pack or Lucky Stickerto receive immediately, along with anew board tokenofMr. Monopoly in a racing suit, a purple sticker pack, and a new emoji. These sticker packs don’t come up often, so they’re worth working for!
