How do you get your hands on a pet in World Zero? Here, we are going to go over just that. This guide will cover how to get a pet in World Zero, which requires you to first get an egg. You’ll be able to get a pet pretty early into the game, so you won’t need to do any long-term grinding to have a furry friend by your side.

How To Get Pet Eggs

The simplest way to get pets at the start of the game is tobuy them from the Egg Shop.When visiting a town, you’ll see aPet Master area where the vendor is located.In World 1, this is right off the main plaza, so you shouldn’t have trouble finding it.

By walking into the Egg Shop circle on the ground,it will automatically open, and you can see the egg in question.In the images above, we are looking at theStar Egg, which provides one of the listed pets.This is essentially a gacha, with each pet having a rate. As expected, better pets have a lower chance of hatching.

Beyond World 4, you won’t be able to buy eggs, but there areother methods to obtain them,which we’ve included on the table below.

Some quests may also yield a pet egg. For example, after completing dungeon 1-1,you’ll complete the associated quest that rewards you with experience and one Star Egg.
