Rings are fairly slept on inThe Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remasteredbecause you get a lot of them as loot to sell later on. Some rings are worth keeping, though, especially enchanted ones, since they barely weigh anything and you can wear two at the same time.
One of the enchanted rings you can get in the game is a Daedric artifact called ‘Namira’s Ring’, and you can get it fairly early in the game. The item isn’t leveled, so the earlier you get it, the better it is for your character. Like most Daedric artifacts, you’ll need to be prepared and know where the shrine is.

How To Start The Namira Quest
Like most Daedric quests, you will need to meet the prerequisites before you’re able to start them. To start the Namira quest, you’ll need to beat least level five.Additionally, you’ll need to have yourPersonality attribute lower than or equal to 20.
How To Lower Your Personality Attribute
The trickiest prerequisite for this quest is that you need to have a low Personality attribute score. There are a lot of ways that you can lower the stat, andtheeasiest way is to buy cheap wine.
You can find cheap wine beingsold in most inns and tavernsin the game. Theylower your personality attribute by ten points, and you can drink multiple of them to stack the debuff.

You can also use Alchemy to craft Damage Personality potions withFlour, leeks, or pumpkins, but you will need the appropriate Alchemy level to make them. Like the cheap wine, you can drink multiple potions to stack the effect.
Where To Find The Shrine Of Namira
The Shrine of Namira can be foundeast of the city of Bruma, to the north of the map. When you look at the map, it is to the left of the ‘B’ in ‘County Bruma.’
How To Complete The Namira Quest
When you arrive at the shrine, you can interact with it to talk to Namira. Remember tolower your Personality to 20 or lower, or it won’t work. Namira will then give you a task to go to a nearby dungeon where priests of Arkay are giving her followers trouble. She will give you a spellthat is crucial for the task.
The spell is called ‘Namira’s Shroud’, and you have touse the spell on the priests of Arkay. Killing them with your weapons or spells will anger Namira, and you won’t get the quest reward.

Where To Find The Anga Ruins
The dungeon that Namira will send you to is called Anga, andit is located to the south of the shrineat a distance of around 300. When looking at the map, it is on top of the ‘H’ in ‘Heartlands.’
How To Get The Ring Of Namira
When you enter the dungeon of Anga, the priests of Arkay will be marked on your compass. They will be patrolling the area with torches while praying and scaring off the Forgotten Ones, Namira’s followers, with their light.
Use the spell Namira gave youcalled ‘Namira’s Shroud’ on the priests of Arkay. It is important that youonly use the spell; do not attack them. When you hit the priests with the spell, their torches will go out, and the nearby Forgotten Ones will attack and kill them. Do this for every priest in the dungeon.

The dungeon of Anga is an Ayleid ruin, soit will have an Ayleid Reliquarychest in it. To find it, you’ll need to go to thesouthern tip of the dungeonandfind a buttonthere. Activating it will reveal the roomwhere the chest is, including some leveled enemies. The chest will have random leveled loot.
Once the priests have been dealt with, you can go back to the shrine and talk to Namira. If youdon’t attack any of the priestsand instead use the spell, she willreward you with the Ring of Namira. The ring has the constant effect enchantments of12 percent Reflect Damage and ten percent Reflect Spell.
