The Cleaner is one of the cheapest employees that you can hire in the game, and while they’re cheap, their work is valuable in keeping your properties neat and clean. Picking up trash by yourself is all fun and good, but it can get tedious as you progress towards the late game and that’s why Cleaners are so important.

How To Hire A Cleaner

you’re able to hire a cleaner by talking toManny inside the warehouse. The warehouse is located next to the pawn shop and is open after 6pm every day. You can talk to Manny and select the option that says you want to hire an employee.

Once you do that, you can select which type of employee you want to hire, which would be the Cleaner in our case. You’ll have to select the property, and then Manny will ask for an upfront signing fee in cash,which will be around $1,000, and he’ll also let you know that the Cleaner’s daily wages will be $100.

If it’s your first time hiring an employee, you will also receive a clipboard, which can be used to assign orders to employees.

How To Use A Cleaner

Firstly, you will have to assign a bed to the employee. Select the clipboard from your inventory and head to the Cleaner, which will be waiting outside your assigned property. Select themanage cleaner option, and it will open the Cleaner’s menu on the clipboard.

From there, you will have to select the ‘assign bed’ option and then select a free bed on the property to assign to the Cleaner. After that, you will need trash cans.You can purchase trash cans from any hardware store.

After you’ve purchased a trash can,you will have to place it inside your property near the area where there’s the most trash. After placing the trash cans, head back to Cleaner, open their menu on the clipboard, and select the assign trash can option from there.

The Cleaner will automatically pick up all the trash near the trash cans. Once the trash can is full of trash, the Cleaner will automatically pack it in a trash bag and throw it in the dumper outside your property.
