As more Easter eggs are discovered on the new Zombies map, Shattered Veil, introduced in the Season 3 update ofCall of Duty: Black Ops 6, there’s one side Easter egg that could appeal to players who want to avoid the grind of gathering Essence and Salvage to upgrade weapons.
Instead, they can use this Easter egg to fully upgrade a Marine SP shotgun. However, it involves multiple steps, so while it may save time, the hustle remains. Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide if it’s worth it, as the Marine SP shotgun is the only weapon confirmed to work with this Easter egg.
How To Get A Free Legendary Tier Three Pack-a-Pack Marine SP On Shattered Veil
For this Easter egg, you need two things:a Blue Rarity Marine SP, which you can either add to your loadout orbuy from the wall buy just outside the mansion entrance, andthe Death Perception perk.
Once you have both of these,make your way to where the Double Tap machine is locatedat the back of the mansion. Go inside as if you’re heading towardthe elevator that leads to the pack-a-punch machine, but as soon as you’re inside,look right. You should seethree deer’s heads hanging on the wall, with a weapon holder just below them.
If you look at the weapon holder, you will noticea blue silhouette where you may place the Marine SP. Doing so will trigger the middle deer head to move, and its eye will glow with a color.
Now, you need toshoot the deer head on the left side, which will spit outa symbol of one of the Field Upgrades in the game.
Here’s the process: whatever field upgrade you get,you need to get kills with it or while it’s active near the statue to charge the shotgun.Toward the end of the process,a special elite zombie will spawn, and you need to defeat it to complete the upgrade.
If you missed the symbol,simply shoot the left deer head again to get it.
Most likely, the field upgrade won’t match what you need at first, butyou can easily switch it from the pause menu.
After you kill the elite zombie, you can now pick up the Marine SP, andit will be upgraded to Epic rarity.
Basically,this process can be repeated continuously, withone round between each attempt, until youget it to Legendary and Tier 3 PaP.
Just keep in mind that the number of elite zombies at the endwill increase with each attempt.
So, to sum it up: place the shotgun, shoot the left head, switch to the field upgrade required, get kills with it or while it’s active, defeat the elite zombies, pick up your upgraded shotgun, skip one round, and then repeat the process.
