There are five quality levels for products, ranging from poor to heavenly quality.
While you can immediately package weed after taking it off a dry rack,the process is slightly different for coca leaves. After the coca leaves' quality has improved, you canput them in a cauldron to turn the coca leaves into base cocaine. For the last step, you will have to put the improved quality base cocaine into the lab oven to get an improved quality version of the cocaine.
Additionally, you can also assign the dry racks to botanists, and they will hang the coca leaves or weed buds on the dry rack by themselves. Keep in mind that you can hang 20 units of a product on a single dry rack at max.
