A gaming insider has reported thatDragon Ball: Sparking Zerois going to be ported to theNintendo Switch 2close to when the console is planned to launch.
We’re just afew short weeks away from the long-awaited proper unveiling of the Nintendo Switch 2 on April 2, which will hopefully give us a good idea of what games we can expect close to its launch. Even though the first-partyNintendogames are going to be the big draw, there’s also a lot ofexcitement regarding the third-party releases and ports that might be coming.
So far, it seems like pretty much every big publisher and developer hasshown their support for the Nintendo Switch 2 and confirmed some plans to support it. That being said, we don’t know anything for sure, and can only imagine what’s coming. According to an insider, Bandai Namco is one of the big supporters, andapparently they’ve got one particularly exciting game in mind.
Sparking Zero Could Be Coming To The Nintendo Switch 2 This Year
As shared by Universo Nintendo, gaming insider eXtas1s, who is mostly known for leaking things to do with Xbox, has recently released a video discussing several leaks. One of those leaks is in regards to the Nintendo Switch 2 and a game that could be being ported to the console close to its launch - Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero.
According to eXtas1s,Bandai Namcois going to be a big partner for Nintendo for the Switch 2,with Tekken 8 and Elden Ring expected to come to the console. A game that’s more surprising, though, is Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, which is apparently planned to launch “practically” at the console’s release this year.
Sparking Zero’s final DLC pack should be releasing this Summer, so it’d make sense that a “complete edition” would be what we get on the Switch 2 if the rumour is to be believed.
In the video,eXtas1s also claims that Sparking Zero’s Switch 2 port will be releasing “during the end of June”, which suggests a similar release window for the console itself if they’re launching close to one another. For now, it’s just a rumour and not something to be taken as confirmed, but wilder things have happened and Sparking Zero does seem like a perfect fit for the console.
It is worth taking into consideration that eXtas1s has been a bit hit and miss with leaks lately, notably with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4, which he got the name and contents of rightbut was wrong about a shadowdrop.
