Last year’s free set was a Lego Fellbeast, this year,as previously revealed, it’s a Lego recreation of the moment Smeagol and Deagol discover The One Ring. Lord of the Rings fans will know that’s quite a dark deep cut from LOTR lore to turn into toy bricks. The Shire is joining the Lord of the Rings locations that have been immortalized as Lego sets. Made up of 2,017 pieces, the set is a recreation of Bag End, Bilbo Baggins' home, and includes nine Minifigures based on Bilbo, Gandalf, and other characters from The Lord of the Rings.

Rumors have been swirling suggestinga set that depicts Gandalf’s battle with a Balrog in The Fellowship of the Ringwill kick off a new collection of book nook sets.
