Marvel Rivalshas itsown share of cheaters as well. While it’s usually PC players who are more suspect to cheating, it seems console players also may have a way to use an aimbot. However, it seems this aimbot is not any sort of cheat software, but a specific set of options within the game’s settings.
Marvel Rivals Has A “Legal Aimbot” In The Settings For Console Players
Tweaking the settings in a particular way improves your aim significantly, as pointed out by one player in the Marvel Rivals subreddit. “Aim Assist Box Size ~ 20, Strength ~ 90, Ease In 0. Separately, activate ‘disable aim assist at max deadzone’, then ramp up ‘Horizontal Max Deadzone Bosst’ for easier 180s, which also allows you to lower your sensitivity for easier aiming overall. It’s not literal ‘Aimbot’, but why not set the tools available to work for you instead of against you?”
It seems tuning the settings in this way will make it much easier to get quick and accurate shots out. While it’s not exactly illegal, since the game allows you to do it, you may expect NetEase to address this in some time. It does offer an advantage to players who haven’t made these settings.

It seems that a lot of console players aren’t happy with the default settings for controllers anyway. This technique may offer them a boost for a bit, but it’s unlikely that NetEase will let it stand.
