“All he does is run around and stop your team from achieving anything,” says Reddit user lordkinsanity, kicking off a discussion about Captain America. “The amount of time he buys is absurd, plus his ult basically makes him even more unkillable than he already is.
“I’m glad they’re reducing his survivability in the coming patch, but unless it’s substantial, nothing is really going to change.”
Many others agree. “Cap and, to a lesser extent,Iron Fistare the most annoying characters to deal with this season because of their survivability,” says Unhappy_Win8997. “Beating a good Cap requires randoms to go against their already flawed instincts, and randoms just aren’t disciplined enough to beat Cap’s basic game plan, so he’s going ham this season.”
Even those who get great Caps on their team are sharing stories about how ridiculously powerful he is. “Cap was on point running around and jumping everywhere buying time while THE WHOLE TEAM tried to kill him but just couldn’t,” says zyzar.
However, there are those who say Cap is fine the way he is, and nerfing his survivability too much would ruin his main selling point. “I really hate to tell you this, but… that’s Cap’s job,” says Druidlogic. “He is meant to annoy you, survive, and stall [objective].”

We’ll just have to see what Captain America nerfs NetEase has in store for us. Spider-Man and Groot will also be nerfed, as the devs aim to stop Strategists from getting too overwhelmed.
