You’ll need to visit the Mayor’s House inSchedule 1if you want to continue growing your drug empire, as this is where you’ll link up with the final supplier available in the game - Salvador Moreno. However, the game doesn’t tell you exactly where the Mayor’s House is, so - if you were like us and spent a lot of time hunting for this place - we’ve found it, so you don’t have to.
The Mayor’s House is located in the east of town. You will find it on the map marked below.

The Mayor’s House is located to the east of town, right next to the coast. It has a large wall around the outside, and while you can’t interact with it or go inside,Salvador Moreno will set up his stall behind the Mayor’s Housewhen you request a dealer meet-up.
This is also where Philip lives, so you can knock on the door to interact with this NPC. Is he the mayor? Maybe!
Moreno will be able to sell you the ingredients to make c***ine in the game. You will eventually unlock this supplier bybuilding customer relationships, leveling up your character, and following the quests in Schedule 1.
This is different from the large house on the edge of the suburbs, which we were convinced was the Mayor’s House for ages.
You can contact Salvador Moreno whenever you want to buy more ingredients as contacting him directly will allow you to buyin bulk.You won’t be able to do this immediately, however, and will have to continue leveling up and improving your relationship with the supplier.Don’t forget to pay your debts!
