The game barely introduces itself and throws everything it has at you, leaving you alone with a myriad of puzzles and even more documents with hints for them. All these documents paint a picture of what actually happened to Lorelei, although if the ending is anything to go by, not all of them are to be trusted....

Summary Mario Kartfans really aren’t impressed with howMario Kart Worldis presenting its character select screen, which includes all of the alternate costumes on their own for an eye-watering number of slots. Even though italready felt like we saw a lot of Mario Kart World at the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct, we actually got to see even more of it during its own dedicated showcase yesterday. That showcase didn’t reveal too muchbeyond heavily hinting at Rainbow Road, but it did give us a closer look at the game’s mechanics and presentation....

Quick Links Moments of Triumph is back this year inDestiny 2, adding a new title for Guardians to chase. MMXXIV requires you to play virtually every piece of content that’s released over the last year, ranging from seasonal activities to endgame raids and dungeons. You’ll need a whopping 26 Triumphs to claim this title, but the good news is most Triumphs are retroactive. If you’re been actively playing Destiny 2 over the last few months, you should be able to get MMXXIV without much issue....

Summary Nintendo Switch 2pre-orders finally opened in the US last week, andit went about as well as you might imagine. Between quick sellouts and reversed transactions, the whole midnight launch at various retailers was a bit of a mess. While the latter is undoubtedly the most popular entry in The Elder Scrolls series. The deep and complex magic system, the beautifully crafted story, and – thanks to the remaster –stunning visuals. However, it’s not just the visuals that have been upgraded, a few other features have also been reworked. Whileplayers appreciate the Imperial Guardsand their sense of duty, many have also praised the leveling system of the game....

Summary For better or for worse,Oblivion Remasteredhas everyone experiencing the sometimes strange idiosyncrasies of the fourth Elder Scrolls instalment. One of the peculiar aspects of Oblivion is the sheer commitment to level scaling. Everything in Oblivion scales with the player’s level: loot, the equipment of enemies and the enemies themselves. Everything is trivial for a level one character, but the game ramps up as you level up. It’s not an inherently bad system, but Oblivion and, consequently, Oblivion Remastered occasionally overdoes it....

Summary Oblivion Remasteredhas its share of tough enemies. From Minotaurs to Slaughterfish, and even theannoying as hell Will-o-the-Wisps,Cyrodiil is filled with enemies that can crush youif you’re not prepared. However, one of the most dangerous NPCs in the game is actually a Wood Elf named Umbra. As part of thequest for Daedric Prince Clavicus Vile, Umra is a powerful warrior who sports some extremely strong Ebony armour. Her sword, also named Umbra, inflicts Soul Trap for 120 seconds and also has a ridiculously high base damage....

Summary Pokemon TCG Pocket’s Shining Revelry update went live this week, and it added more to the game than just a booster pack. The patch also includes information on new features and events that might be coming soon, including a change to Wonder Picks that will let you reveal a card before making your selection. Although The Pokemon Company hasn’t revealed details about the upcoming Wonder Pick event, details about it have been discovered in the 1....
