Summary While trekking across Cyrodiil inOblivion Remastered, you come across a ruined fort. After dispatching the enemies outside, you enter the old structure, making your way through labyrinthian corridors and striking down enemies at intervals. You then come upon a more powerful foe, likely the leader of the group. After you defeat and loot their body, it’s time to reap your rewards. As you attempt to pick the lock, your hand slips, breaking the lockpick....

Summary The Elder Scrollshas always been a series without a clear ‘best’ game. AlthoughSkyrimis undoubtedly the most commercially successful of the lot, there has always been a large cohort of fans who insist Oblivion, Morrowind, or even Daggerfall are the best the series has to offer. None of these people are wrong, either. Besides the obvious fact that taste is subjective, each instalment of The Elder Scrolls has enough compelling strengths and unique flavour that you can make a case that any one of them is the series' best game....

I’m not on Sandfall Interactive’s marketing team, but if I were, I never would have let them name their debut gameClair Obscur: Expedition 33. It’s a hard name to remember and an easy one to forget. It’s distinctly RPG-coded in a way that makes Expedition 33 sound like ‘just another one of those games’ when in reality, it’s anything but. Despitecritical acclaimand launching on Game Pass, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is going to have to fight an uphill battle solely based on its unimpressive name....

Project Zomboid, in my humble opinion,takes the crown as the best survival game ever made. My longest-living character, Tamara Bailey, survived for 376 days, before falling from a rooftop as I was building a garden on top of my fire station base. She didn’t deserve to perish like that, but Project Zomboid is a game that tells the story of how you die. Something will get you, eventually, whether that be a zombie bite or clumsy accident....
