Metamong Project Gets A Stunning New Ditto Card, Only Available In South Korea
The Metamong (South Korean name for Ditto) Project is a celebration of the transformation Pokemon Ditto, taking place in South Korea. It tells the story of a jealousDittowho saw a Pikachu and Lapras and decided to transform, and it comes with a bunch of incredible merch and a new card.
The event takes place at Lotte World Park, in Seoul between Friday, July 27, 2025 and Sunday, July 07, 2025, where visitors will have the chance to take part in a stamp rally. It’s here, between these two dates that the new Ditto card will be available.
Alongside the Ditto card, players will be able to purchase a bunch of Ditto merchandise from theofficial Korean Pokemon website, including a deck box, card sleeves, and play mat.
Loosely translated, the Ditto card allows the player to add three Pokemon of different types from their deck into play, giving it a really unique mechanic. It’s because of this, there’s some hope that it will make its way across to the English version of the Pokemon TCG.
For now though, a trip to South Korea or the secondary market will be the only way to get your hands on this wonderful card.
