Summary

Pokemonis in a weird spot at the moment. Just a year ahead of its 30th anniversary, the franchise seems to be undergoing a major burst in popularity. On the one hand, it’s great that so many new and lapsed fans are returning to Pokemon; on the other, it means that prices of certain things are skyrocketing. ThePokemon TCG, for example, is the biggest casualty of this, withprices of individual cards rising by over 150 percentand certain products becoming impossible to get hold of.

Another eye-watering example of prices going wild is the recent ‘Cheetozard’, a Cheeto chip that looks like Charizard, selling at auction for $72,000.

Naturally, something like this has drawn huge media attention, and the Cheetozard has already received its first custom Pokemon card courtesy ofcreative.holoon Instagram.

Cheetozard Gets Its First Stunning Custom Pokemon Card

CreativeHolo creates a range of incredible custom cards on their Instagram, focusing mainly on current memes and hot topics. The likes of Moo Deng, Skibidi Toilet, the Chill Guy dog have all featured. The latest card might be the best, though.

Based on the original Base Set Charizard, the Cheetozard card has a similar foil pattern, the classic 1st Edition stamp, and the hulking Cheeto front and center.

Much like Charizard, Cheetozard has 120 HP, a similar Pokemon Power, and its attack, which has been changed from Fire Spin to Flamin' Hot, in the Cheetos' font, deals 100 damage. Unlike the original card, however, Cheetozard has the super-rare, totally real Cheetos stamp on the bottom corner.

As with all of their cards, the Cheetozard is availableat theirEtsy storeif collectors want to get their hands on one.
