Weapons Tier List

There arefour weapon typesin Roblox’s Hunters, namely, Sword, Greatsword, Dagger, and Staff.Each of them has two unique abilitiesthat determine overall weapon performance.Someof them are strongerand would be the best choice to clear dungeons without issues, whileothers are slightly worse or even useless.

S

Staff

If you want to be a long-range fighter, the Staff is your only choice since it is the sole weapon that allows you to attack from a distance.The Fireball skill has extremely high AoE damage, perfect for destroying a group of enemies with a single attack. On top of that, you can effectivelyrecover your health using the Heal abilityif someone lands a hit on you. Featuring two mighty skills, the Staff deservedly receives a place in the S-tier, leaving behind all the other weapons in the game.

Dagger

If you want to deal decent damage and move fast around the dungeon, the Dagger would be a perfect weapon for a hit-and-run tactic.The Execution ability allows you to eliminate the most annoying long-range monsterswho’ve always kept their distance from you. Also,the Dagger Stab skill is excellent for assassinating massive groups of opponents, allowing you to clear the wave quickly. In other words, this is a powerful weapon slightly weaker than the Staff but still a decent choice if you prefer close-range combat.

B

Sword

Moving forward to the B-tier, the Sword is a good weapon for beginners, featuring average attack speed and damage output. It allows you toeffectively deal with a group of monsters due to the Barrage skillthat hits enemies ahead of you. Moreover, you can also usethe Sword Thrust ability, which is agood attack against solo opponents but pretty much useless against the crowd. The Sword is a good weapon. However, it doesn’t offer anything special but overall average performance. That’s why it cannot compete in terms of effectiveness with the options from the higher tiers.

C

Greatsword

The Greatsword features the highest damage output in the game but also the slowest attack speed. As with any other weapon, it has two skills:Vertical Slash and Horizontal Slash. Both of these abilities perform exceptional damage, but thelack of attack speed makes it complex to use them effectively. Even though you can deal with solo enemies without any issues,the group of monsters would be a tough challenge for any player, as the lack of attack speed makes it difficult to deal with all the enemies approaching you from different directions.
