Like it or not,Squishmallowsare a big deal. The unique plushes have taken off to such an extent that major IPs want Jazwares to turn their characters into Squishmallows for them. That’s right, despite how they appear, it is possible to turn evil beings and bad guys into Squishmallows. It’s a little more challenging, which is whythe likes of Simbaand the three-eyed alien from Toy Story got Squishmallows first. They’re small, soft, and fuzzy, so basically Squishmallows already.
Turning a Disney villain and their sharper edges into a Squishmallow is a lot trickier, but Jazwares has pulled it off. Revealed viathe Squishmallows Instagram accountthis week, a Disney Villains four-pack is now available exclusively through the Jazwares website. In the four-pack, you’ll findHades from Hercules, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid’s Ursula, and Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove.

Not only has Jazwares opted for Disney Villains, but it has chosen some with some particularly sharp edges. Hades has fire for hair, and Maleficent quite literally has horns sticking out of the top of her head. Both of those features, along with everything else in these new designs, are now soft and squishy so that they can be a part of this new four-pack.
Since the villainous Squishmallows can only be bought as part of a four-pack and won’t be available individually, they’re quite a bit smaller than a standard Squishmallow. While Squishmallows come in a lot of shapes and sizes, the average Jazwares plush tends to be around 12 inches tall. These are a third of that size,all of them just four inches high, andthe four-pack costs $32.99. There’s no indication of how long they will be available, but Jazwares has noted they are limited edition and once they’re sold out, that’s it.
Even that smaller size is bigger thanthe Squishmallows that have returned to McDonald’s. The fast food chain’sMinecraftHappy Meal toys were replaced with Squishmallows this week, marking their return to McDonald’s for the first time since 2023. There are 12 of them to collect, including Halley the Intergalactic Axolotl, a previously unreleased design that, at this point, can only be found as a three-inch high Happy Meal toy at McDonald’s.
