Available inPokemon TCG: Journey Together, Iono is a trainer who specializes exclusively in Electric Type Pokemon. These are typically weak to Fighting Type Pokemon, but are fast and easy to fill the board with. Electric-Type Pokemon excel during a quick offense, and can start dealing damage much faster than other types of Pokemon.
In addition, many Electric Types have lower energy requirements for their attacks than other types of cards, making them an efficient choice to finish a battle quickly. With Iono’s cardsin this expansion, you’ll always have a speedy offense and the ability to keep your hand stocked with cards.

6Iono’s Wattrel
HP: 60
Iono’s Wattrel’s Quick Attack can be used to rapidly damage opponents, but has the downside of only being able to deal a range of either ten or thirty damage. This makes Wattrel a quick but unreliable source of damage, and is mostly useful for the more powerful form it can evolve into.
Many other electric-type Pokemon are useful for quick attacks like this. If you want a deck that is easy to set up and capable of dealing large amounts of damage, electric might be the type for you.

5Iono’s Tadbulb
Like Iono’s Wattrel, Iono’s Tadbulb is most useful for the later form it has the capability of evolving into. Unlike Wattrel, Tadbulb is capable of dealing a flat thirty damage with its Tiny Charge attack. The more consistent damage of this attack comes at the cost of an extra energy, of which only one has to be electric type.
Other than this, Tadbulb has no special qualities that set it apart from other Pokemon and must be used alongside other cards to reach its full potential, so keep it out of danger until it can be evolved.

4Iono’s Voltorb
HP: 70
Iono’s Voltorb is a card that is most useful when used in conjunction with other cards that share the same trainer. This Voltorb’s unique Voltaic Chain attack deals higher damage the more electric energy you have attached to other Pokemon in play that also belong to Iono.
It costs two colorless energy to use, which makes this Voltorb a good match for Bellibolt EX and other cards that belong to Iono that require high levels of electric energy. With the right deck, this can be a surprisingly devastating attack.

3Iono’s Electrode
HP: 100
Iono’s Electrode is the evolved form of Iono’s Voltorb. Electrode’s Thump-Thump Boom attack is capable of instantly knocking out your opponent’s active Pokemon at the cost of one hundred health, an amount which under normal circumstances will deplete all of Electrode’s health points in addition to the enemy.
The ability to self-destruct is one commonly shared by this line of Pokemon. If you want to use a safer move, Electrode can also use Electric Ball at the cost of one more colorless energy in addition to two electric energies.

2Iono’s Kilowattrel
HP: 120
Iono’s Kilowattrel is the evolved form of Iono’s Wattrel. The main draw of Kilowattrel is the ability this Pokemon has, Flashing Draw. Using Flashing Draw will cost you one electric energy to use, and when used allows you to draw cards until you have six cards in your hand.
This means that you’ll want to play Kilowattrel as quickly as possible to ensure that you can keep your hand fully stocked, and probably won’t be using its Mach Bolt attack frequently. The ability makes this one of the most useful cards she has.

1Iono’s Bellibolt EX
HP: 280
Iono’s Bellibolt EX is the evolved form of Iono’s Tadbulb. EX cards are among themost powerful cardsin the game, and the high health and damage of this card reflect that. Bellibolt has a whopping two hundred and eighty health, and is capable of dealing two hundred and thirty damage with its Thunderous Bolt attack.
The Electric Streamer ability this card has allows you to attach as many electric energy cards you have in your hand to any other Iono’s Pokemon you have in play. This makes it a good match for Iono’s Kilowattrel.
