The Last Of Us Season 2 Features A Brief Cameo From The Game’s Composer
One of the many highlights of The Last of Us and its sequel is its music. Chilling and atmospheric, yet minimalistic, the soundtrack is the perfect accompaniment to the game’s story and action, and much of that comes from Argentine musician,Gustavo Santaolalla, composer of The Last Of Us' soundtrack.
In what was described as a “blink, and you’ll miss it” moment on The Last of Ussubreddit, viewers have found that the second season of the show has recognized the contribution of the musician by giving him a cameo in its first episode.

During the episode’s dance scene, a bearded man can briefly be seen sat playing a Guitar-like instrument. This man is none other than Santaolalla. It’s a fitting cameo, a man strumming on his guitar, for the person credited with creating one of video games' best soundtracks.
It’s not the first time Santaolalla has been honored in The Last of Us, either. In Part 2, in the safe zone in Jackson County, aman is seen on the streets strumming a banjo. This is, once again, the game’s composer.

With how good The Last of Us' scores are, this man deserves all of the cameos he can get.
