Mystery Booster 2 is a special set inMagic: The Gathering. It contains well over 1,000 cards, and features a ton of different cards from all throughout Magic’s history. It’s primarily an all-reprint set, with each pack including a playtest card, usually with sillier effects to add some spice to playing Limited.
Among the special art treatments are cards utilizing the Future Sight frame. These are all reprints, but many have unique art that has not been used on a card before, but rather, used in Magic: The Gathering Online’s Vanguard format. These are often the most valuable Future Sight frames thanks to their exclusivity to the product.

10Multani, Yavimaya’s Avatar
Market Price: $62.70
One of the cards utilizing Vanguard art, Multani, Yavimaya’s Avatar is also a great card on its own. In any deck that wants lands in your graveyard, Multani is the perfect choice for it, as it’ll gain massive stat boosts from them. When combined with its trample, Multani can deal big amounts of damage.
This version of Multani, Yavimaya’s Avatar is not just only available in Mystery Booster 2, but also only comes in foil. This makes it even harder to obtain and a part of the reason why it is such a valuable Future Sight frame card.

9Gerrard, Weatherlight Hero
Market Price: $63.54
The reprint of Gerrard, Weatherlight Hero is actually the first time it’s been reprinted since Commander 2019. Despite being the reprint, the Future Sight frame from Mystery Booster 2 is worth significantly more than the original version of the card. As a card, it’s not anything too special, just a way to recover from a board wipe.
Gerrard is one of Magic’s original protagonists during the earlier stages of the story, making Gerrard even more valuable. The Future Sight frame only comes in foil, so you’ll need to be willing to spend a lot to play with this version of Gerrard.

8Reflecting Pool
Market Price: $64.40
Reflecting Pool isone of the most valuable cardsin all of Mystery Booster 2 even though the art isn’t new (and originally used for the Shadowmoor and Conspiracy printings). It’s had multiple reprints over the years, but the Future Sight 2 frame version is the second most valuable Reflecting Pool, only being beaten by the foil in Shadowmoor (which had a printing error showing a Plains symbol behind the text box).
The rarity of foils in Mystery Box 2, as well as being a staple in various decks across various formats is what drives the value of Reflecting Pool so high.

7Karn, Legacy Reforged
Market Price: $65.28
Another first-time reprint, Karn, Legacy Reforged utilizes more Vanguard art for one of Magic’s oldest and longest-running characters. In any artifact deck, Karn, Legacy Reforged is a great way to ramp, giving you mana to use to cast any artifact spell or to activate abilities with.
This Future Sight frame of Karn, Legacy Reforged is only available in foil, and is actually a pretty powerful card to make it stand out from other cards with similar traits. Colorless cards look especially nice in the Future Sight frame, leading to extra value.

6Arcane Signet
Market Price: $74.11
Arcane Signet is a staple in every Commander deck, and appears in every Commander precon. However, despite how common Arcane Signet is, the Future Sight frame of Arcane Signet isone of the most valuable Arcane Signetsyou can own (with only one Secret Lair printing being worth more).
The Mystery Booster 2 printing of Arcane Signet is foil-only, and the only way to get Arcane Signet in a Future Sight frame. Arcane Signet is a Commander staple, and because of that, the fancier and rarer versions of the card are always going to be worth a lot.

5Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist
Market Price: $75.64
Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist has had a handful of reprints, but only one that utilizes the Vanguard art with a Future Sight frame. This version of Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist is the most valuable version of her by a large margin.
As a card, Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist is fantastic in any combat-based deck (primarily in the Commander format). As such, even the cheap versions are worth at least a few dollars. Its strength as a card and the iconic character make for one of Mystery Booster 2’s most valuable Future Sight frame cards.

4Titania, Protector Of Argoth
Market Price: $182.79
Nearly every printing of Titania, Protector of Argoth is worth less than a dollar, so the Future Sight frame version in Mystery Booster 2 is a notable exception, worth close to $200. It has unique art from Vanguard, which is one of two unique arts after the original printing.
Titania, Protector of Argoth is a staple in various landfall decks, especially ones using fetchlands to easily trigger Titania’s effect. It’s both very rare since it only comes in foil and has extra value from being Rebecca Guay art, one of the most popular Magic artists.

3Command Tower
Market Price: $183.65
The Future Sight frame of Command Tower isthe most valuable Command Tower, and very unique. The art isn’t new, having been used for the Commander’s Arsenal version of the card. However, it’s not an identical frame for the art, but instead more zoomed in on the tower in the art.
Command Tower is one of the most printed lands in all of Magic, so while you may get a copy for pennies, if you want the version with a Future Sight frame, you’ll need to dig deep into your wallet to own this special foil version of Command Tower.

2Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor
Market Price: $191.23
Gix is one of the oldest villains in Magic, first appearing during theoriginal Phyrexian Invasion arcbefore New Phyrexia was even a concept. He didn’t get a card until The Brothers' War in 2022, but is a fantastic card in any black-based strategies (with strength in midrange decks).
The Vanguard art for Gix shows what Gix would have looked like if he had gotten a card during the time he was alive in the story. This novelty helped to boost the value of this version of Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor, along with it being very rare due to only coming in foil printings.

1Urza, Lord High Artificer
Market Price: $377.50
Not only is Urza, Lord High Artificer the most valuable Future Sight frame in Mystery Booster 2, it’s themost valuable card in the entire set(by nearly $100 more). This version of Urza uses the Vanguard art, adding a nostalgia factor from the early days of Magic.
Urza, Lord High Artificer is one of the best mono blue creatures in the game, so much so that it’s on the Commander Game Changer list. It used to be dominant in Modern back in the day as well. Both its strength, the character depicted, and its rarity are all contributing factors to make Future Sight Urza, Lord High Artificer so valuable.
