The Boots of Springheel Jak are a quest item that you acquire in preparation for the last quest of the Thieves Guild. The quest has you jumping from a great height, which the boots help you with thanks to their whopping 50-point fortification of the acrobatics skill. The only downside is that the boots are destroyed when you use them during the quest, rendering them unusable.
In addition to letting you survive falls from great heights, the added acrobatics points also let you jump higher. Thanks to this, you may want to keep the boots and use them as part of your default wardrobe. Fortunately, using the boots during the Thieves Guild quest isn’t mandatory, so you could potentially survive the comically large fall without them if your acrobatics skill is high enough.

The cowl fortifies your sneak skill by 25 points, gives a 200-point feather effect, and detects life up to 120 feet. The Gray Cowl is a useful item for thieves, which is why it is a reward for their specific guild, but other classes can also benefit from the feather and detect life effects.

The Ring of Khajiiti is a Daedric item that is rewarded for completing the quest from the Shrine of Meridia. The ring is unique as it comes with two enchantments: a 35 percentchameleonand a ten-point speed skill fortification. Thechameleoneffect of the ring is especially good forsneaky charactersas it’ll help them go around undetected, but can be useful for other classes as well. The speed bonus is also a plus point as it’ll allow you to move faster in the world.

You can get the Skeleton Key as a reward after completing Nocturnal’s quest. The quest can be started by visiting the Shrine of Nocturnal and interacting with her statue. There is a level requirement for the quest, so you won’t be able to begin it if you aren’t at least level ten.
Lockpicks in Oblivion Remastered have the habit of breaking at the wrong time, and unless you carry multiple, you’ll need to go find more. The item is also the only weapon in the game that auto-recharges and returns to 100 percent health on its own. All you have to do is wait for it to change its form, and it’ll return as good as new. The item has four versions, and the superior variants are unlocked by killing 12 enemies in the 12-hour window you have each weapon for.
